« Good budget hotel »

Everything was perfect. It is a very good budget hotel. Staff is friendly, breakfast was really very good. I stayed for 3 nights and they clean our room every single day. The only downfall is the location. There is no direct metro or bus going to the city. Public transport is not reliable. My suggestion is to take cab and go to the nearest metro station and catch a metro towards the city. Rest of things we're perfect.

In the last months i just stayed in this hotel when i visited Istanbul because of either ibis standard or warm atmosphere. last time when i just arrived in the midnight with my family, our check in did not satisfy us because the keys were not ready (although I already did on-line check in a day before) and took a little time. Also our rooms were for smokers with bad smell for us and I did complain this situation in the morning and asked for changing our rooms. front desk manager "Erdic" was so kind and very friendly and tried to compensate our bad feeling of last night arrival and check in and changed our rooms to non-smoking and apologized several times for the inconveniences. After that all was fine and we did enjoy staying there and its very good breakfast ! This hotel is very close to Mall of Istanbul if you like shopping with good access from New Istanbul Airport by direct shuttle bus to Halkaly Meydan.

Very welcoming, Mr Mertz on the reception has helpful to explain our taxi driver the location of the hotel. He helped us with local information as tourists. Getting a taxi in istanbul is a hasstle but Mr Mertz made it easy. Breakfast was awesome as expected from IBIS hotels. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Water was warm 24x7. Nothing more i can ask from IBIS

quiet and big size room with comfortable bed. Tea maker facility is very good option in the room! of course, there is a problem in shower glass door opening direction design and at least must be opened in opposite side (room No. 409)!

« Should take more care of your customers »

I’d chose this hotel to stay only one night. I knew that would be noisy coz was closed to the airport but the problem was that during the night was incredible hot inside the room and I had to open this windows, so it was impossible to sleep. Tha breakfast was so so. To make the things worst at the time I was in the reception waiting for the Uber the man at the desk said it was safer to ask for a taxi. I accepted. However the taxi driver they’ve offered me took almost twice the time to reach my destination and was clear that he was trying to fool me and took my money. I knew he was doing that because I was with the google maps and could see the route. Ashamed. You should be careful about the services you recommend
