Very clean and modern hotel with extremely polite and helpful staff. Decent food available in the hotel restaurant. Children small play area in the vicinity of reception did the job to keep the kids quiet when necessary.

Our stay wasn't realised. Except we receive confirmation that is a possibility to change the term of stay this change wasn't achieved and employees from Ibis polnoc many times promised us some solution but without final solution. When we came to the hotel they need another payment from us. It was very last time when we were with your company. We changed the hotel and never we will stay in this hotel.

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for leaving the booking comment. However, I would like to clarify whole situation. When I was informed about the whole situation, and I spoke with You Sir over the phone, of course we changed the date to a new one (11/12.06.2019). Confirmation of the new booking dates couldn’t be sent because you made the reservation through the intermediary (booking.com). The change of date is only our private contract because reservation are restricted (conditions : The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified – You must make a new reservation if You want change arrival date). Trying to calm whole situation and hope for future cooperation, we changed the dates despite the reservation conditions like We speak over the phone. But despite the change date of arrival on 11/12.06.2019, You Sir did not show up either. Moreover, as I know you also called to the hotel that you need reservation for 10/06/2019 and we made it for you for 10/12.06.2019. The information that payment will be required was replied to you over the phone. You only asked, if we have reservation under your name for term 10/11.06.2019. As I know you came to our hotel on 10.06.2019 and we both know that reservation for this term needed to be paid when check in. I am so sorry but you provided only your name, we did not know that it is also for the following day under different name (the name of person who made the reservation for you). Therefore, the lack of communication can be accused in this case – I’m terribly sorry about that, but looking at the ratings that other guests leave and the work of my subordinates, I can safely say that the rating what You left Sir was quite unfair. Especially since you were not physically our guest and you perfectly knew the conditions of the reservation. However, I hope that our cooperation will not end and you will understand the essence of the whole problem without blaming us. We wish You nice day. A very new building, so everything in very good shape. Friendly, supportive people.The bed was not soft, but I slept well. TV only one german TV station, RTL, so nothing for me. USB loader, Wlan works ( testet Youtube HD so TV as not necessary ) Good breakfast. The shower pipe ? was very stiff No toilet brush.

We stayed in hotel as whole family. Two adults with two daughters. We have been extremely surprised of quality of breakfast. Everything was very fresh and choices were more that great. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff was very helpful and really nice. Very enjoyed our stay and will recommend to everybody.

Everything as it supposed to be. Typical, classical Ibis hotel on the ourskirts of Poznań. During rush hours it may be difficult to get to the city centre, but anyway the hotel is ok. Cheap parking place.

« Great value for money, calm atmosphere, close to the main road which easily leads to the city centre »

Apart from the initial problem with completely different (almost 2x higher!) rate than when reserved (it was sorted out after showing the proof of booking, but costed us some nerves), everything was perfectly fine. Very modern and clean room, good breakfast, smiling staff.

« welcome to in the " middle of nowhere" »

For the location is 0 ... you are in the middle of nowhere You might see the city hall of suchy las village from the back parking but still U R in middle of nowhere!! And the most funny is tjat with all fliers outside charging for a parking 15pln per night is Ioutgagous! I stayed there when strong winds hit the wielkopolskie area and with all electricity don for many hours the "nowhere" is more than describing the locatoon ... i will certainly book this hotel over the winter time as I can only imagine the location separated from the real word as in the classic horror movie where you can count anyone but yourself... The room is very welcoming despite the size .. anything is there and I felt very well in the spade despite my 2m height .. but when the strong wind one of the night passed bythe window proved to be of cheap quality a when you cannot sleep due to the noise of the wind through the window ... maybe it was the effect wanted by the owners to make you feel more In the middle of nowhere ... Addorable staff .. especially the guy covering the night when big foot match was on tv ( Poland vs Armenia) , very nice person but having to cover service in the restaurant , bar, reception he needed to cover all by running through the grounds floor all evening through ... great economies for the hotel having one person for covering all but if any manager thought about guests?!! Do not think so ... once again ibis concept of "lets automise it all" proves to be complètement out of reality ... despite the VeryNice Guy noticed efforts .
