The location of the hotel was superb to go anywhere via MTR or taxi. Plenty of local variety of food outlets and malls around the neighborhood. The upgraded room was great and check-in/check-out processes were fast and smooth. Breakfast choices were limited though and anyway, plenty of alternate choices around the area.

After an overnight flight from New Zealand we arrived in Hong Kong. The airport express train was super efficient and we stepped foot in the hotel just before 10am. We opted for a Deluxe room on the executive floor and was able to check-in at the executive lounge. We were greeted in the lounge by the gorgeous smile of Helen and from that point onwards our 4 night stay couldn't have got much better. She checked us in, made sure we had breakfast and sat down with us to give us her local tips for enjoying our stay. The hotel itself is nothing to look at from the outside but the recently renovated room was very comfortable. We used the Gym on a daily basis. It was slightly disappointing as although it is all new, it lacks any real equipment to have a decent workout. We ate in one of the hotel restaurants called Ebb and Flo. The food was of a good standard and staff attentive but nothing that made us want to go back for a second time. The rooftop bar on the 27th floor looks fantastic but we simply turned around after seeing the overpriced drinks menu. In fairness it didn't really matter, our haven was the executive lounge and regardless of time or day, Helen started our day as soon as we went for breakfast, Galina was on hand during cocktail hour and Jack and Emily made sure of tables were clean without us even noticing. A very big thank you to all of the team! Would we stay again? Without no doubt!

Sandy and Helen in the executive lounge floor were absolutely super Actually everyone working there were great! Very noisy indeed in the hotel during the day because of the renovations Also it was a shame that there was no pool or hot tub in the hotel or nearby

Its always been a wonderful experience staying in your hotel. Prompt service , linens are always new everyday , rooms and floor lobby smells good all the time , water refill is unlimited . I rate this hotel 9.5 out 10.

We were a little tentative about staying during the renovations, but our concerns were well addressed and, as it happened, mostly unfounded. Great service, good facilities and the best location. Special mention for exceptional levels of service from doorman Sony, who helped us out with local currency on arrival, and from June at the Executive lounge who did a great job checking us in and looking after us throughout.

Love the location in Causeway Bay crowded area, near shopping center & big supermarket. The room needs renovation, very old furniture & small bed. We stayed in 7th floor. The concierge guys were really helpful but the receptions was busy with her own business in her big PC monitor. Busy Chit chating & ignoring us eventhou the hotel is busy.. so bad impression. The Ebb lobby lounge staffs were great, love it. Also the Skye Roofbar has a great panoramic view.

Your front desk staffs' attitude was indifferent, I couldn't feel the warm welcome as an Accor member. The cleanliness of the room was also below expectation, especially the bathroom, there was black soap scum on the edges of the tiled wall, hair on the floor was found soon after checked-in.

It's very easy to go out, location is super, many restaurants, shopping centers, and MTR just nearby. Room size is proper considering in Hong Kong, enough space to put luggage. Only one side beside bed have USB charger, which is not convenient when you have two guests. Also it will be great to have a remind or sign, that hotel shuttle bus to central need to wait outside. I did not know it so I missed my bus ;(

Sandy was wonderful in ironing out a miscommunication with my booking. She went over and above in every single way before we arrived. Even working on her day off. All the staff from the Executive Lounge were wonderful, and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful and amazing. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Playt restuarant had an exceptional breakfast offering and we enjoyed the food there, as we did when we had a chance to relax in the Executive club. Please make sure Sandy is recognised for all that she did to make our stay a great one. She really did go out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She's a great asset to your team.

Location could not be better with the proximity to MTR , shops and eateries. Service was good. Breakfast selection at the buffet was extensive.

I checked in on a Friday and checked out on a Sunday. It was a pleasant surprise that the hotel gave a box of macroons on my first night as I indicated in my booking that it was my birthday the day before. that aside, there are certain areas where there needs improvement. only on my second night when I was sitting at the lobby waiting for my guided tour to start, i saw on the hotel lobby tv that there's actually free yoga and free events on the top floor every morning. I felt that there was no briefing done properly to me on this. I was also not given WIFI details when i checked in. Only that night then I realised i wasnt given the details. even thought the login details might be very apparent, I feel that appropriate briefing / communication need to be done.
