it is overall a pleasant stay. unfortunately the shower and water flow in bathroom was very poor, black colour stuffs kept coming out from the faucet while using bathtub. not enough seatings apart from sitting on the bed, better to provide 1 more arm chair.

We had a great room service as well as the service from the staff working in the function room during our wedding banquet. But there are several instances where we find the people at lobby are not warm and proactive enough as my hubby experienced some hiccups when he was trying to park his car at the hotel lobby.

I was under the impression that the rooms were recently updated as I was supposed to have a premium deluxe room with park view. The room I received was not updated. It lacked adequate electrical/usb outlets. NO hairdryer or outlet for it in the washroom and no USB plugs/docking station near the bed? Really? I had to blow dry my hair outside bathroom and use my own USB plugs. The washroom lighting was dark. Could not find adequate lighting to do makeup anywhere. Even the safe looked like it was 30 years old. The tub with a shower curtain is an outdated look. We kept tripping on the lip between the washroom and carpet floor. Not really impressed for what I paid. I was in a premium family room with park view for the first three days on a lower floor and it was way better than this room. The family room had glass shower door, hairdryer in washroom, better lighting, updated electrical, usb plugs, hardwood floors, etc. The breakfast buffet could also use more variety on different days. We got bored of the food after day 3, although it was mostly really good food. Otherwise, the hotel workout room, lobby area, restaurants, location and staff were great. Please update your room if you are charging for premium deluxe.

There are sofa, breakfast, good environment in Holiday Inn with lower price 700+. As a hotel, Pullman decoration inside room and service is not consistent with its high price. What's more, I lived in Pullman for several night in Indonesia, it is super high class and greater than the one in Hong Kong.

i check in at nearly 2p.m., the reception was telling me another staff will explain to me the changes on my room, i was not aware anything and the one who serves me doesn't explain anything. as i'm not aware, i didn't ask during the check-in service. i was telling her i want to stay on a high floor, but i was arranged to stay at 21/F only. i was asking her for harbor view on my room, she said yes, but the fact is i can see the harbour view only if i came to very close to the window with narrow view. in fact, i'm expecting i can see the harbor on the bed. i'm extremely dissatisfied on this accommodation, i was playing a standard rate before the political issue in hong kong, i'm taking my life at risk to stay in this hotel on 31st Aug at night very police shoot and citizen block the way to the hotel.

We are accor platinum members so chose because of club room so a bit disappointing that it was closed however afternoon tea and evening canopies were still very pleasant in the restaurant. Breakfast was lovely with many choices. All staff were lovely and helpful. Great location..only wish there was a swimming pool. Overall a lovely stay.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights in this lovely, well positioned hotel. We were surrounded by shops, restaurants and a station was very close by. As Accor Le Club members, our check in was handled courteously and efficiently and we were delighted to be given a room straight away as we had been flying all night. We were also given a very late checkout to accommodate a late flight departure ... most appreciated. Our room was modern, spacious and very quiet. We had dinner in the restaurant on the top floor one evening and were delighted with the wonderful view of the harbour and city lights. We were so pleased that we chose the degustation menu as it was outstanding, everything was absolutely delicious. The rooftop bar also provides great cocktails with spectacular views. Overall we found the staff to be friendly, courteous and very helpful which certainly helped to make our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely return.

The room and location were great, but the constant perfuming was unpleasant. It made the lobby difficult to enjoy and made my fiancé and I generally just rush to get to our room. We’ve never had a problem like that before with other hotels.
