With an Ikea at the basement, Park Lane was the ideal hotel for me. I don’t know why I didn’t discover this hotel earlier, but from now on, this is my hotel of choice when in HK!

Pretty disappointing upon check in to notice leftover by previous guest was still in the fridge. Coffee capsules not replenished. Bin is not cleared and bathroom not cleaned thoroughly.

It was one of the best hotel stays that I had in Hong Kong! I stayed in the double bedded room with my family of 5. The hotel had also upgraded our room to the Victoria park view where we had good views of the surroundings. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends especially if they prefer a bigger room for their young children!

4 nights stayed here, let stars speak my review. The hotel has great location, next to Winsor mall, that has many restaurants. Beside the hotel, has super store opens 24 hours. I always have the reason to escape there. Pullman has everything that I need. Great bed, pillow and the shower is great. Thanks, Park Lane Pullman.

Second time i stayed there, i was expecting a nice upgrade to a suite room as platinum member, but i received a “family room” which i will say that wasn’t big and just looks like standard room. Just before staying at the Park lane hotel, i stayed in Novotel Century where actually price was much cheaper, staff people were more attentioned and room was bigger...

Overall I would say it was very good. I'm an Accor member and have stayed in a lot of Accor hotels because I'm happy with the consistency of service in your hotels. The check in person (Leo) was polite, pro-active and very thoughtful suggesting possible places I could eat at which were open given that I was checking in at 9pm. The gym was very good and I was very pleased that you had a steam room. I liked that it opened very early so I can still do my exercise before going to work. The person assigned to get taxis was exemplary and I believe goes above and beyond apologizing on behalf of the taxis and ensuring that the taxis knew where I wanted to go by translating it and even writing it down on a piece of paper for me. I would have rated my stay 10 except for the experience I had during checkout with one of your staff (Matthew) who was, not only average but extremely rude and in my point of view quite offensive. To elaborate, I was checking out and as per usual checkout was given a lot of pieces of paper to sign. Before handing over my card, I said I didn't see the breakdown and Matthew, clearly annoyed by my comment as shown by his grimace and eye roll, told me I had signed the breakdown. I asked to see it again and reviewed the items in there. Upon review, I saw a minibar charge and asked what it was. He (still annoyed) then told me it was a Coke. I told him that's not correct, I didn't take anything in the mini bar and because he didn't look like he believed me, I told him, I don't drink coke (which I don't). He then grabbed the paper off me and said "aaagh... fuuuck!" under his breathe. He clearly didn't intend for me to hear that because he quickly glanced at me and looked down. I told him he didn't have to use the F word and he responded "I didn't" to which I told him you did and I repeated exactly what he said. He then proceeded to act annoyed and gave me my bills again stating he has to do them all again. Finally, I got the correct bill, paid and left. First of all, I have every right to review the breakdown of my charges and if I see anything charged incorrectly, I have every right to demand that it gets corrected. That is just basic service and if you have to re-generate the correct invoice because the previous one was wrong then you should do it because the first one was wrong! Secondly, it's probably a higher standard due to the previous experiences I've had with other Accor hotels but I would have expected an apology for charging me incorrectly regardless of how small it was. It was an error, your error. Lastly, I felt it was rude and was quite offended to have been told the F word. Yes, I understand I wasn't really told "F*ck you" directly but rather it was a passive aggressive rude comment under his breath. I found that rude, offensive and unacceptable anyway. I was quite pleasant to him at the start and even asked how he was etc. He didn't respond and ignored all my attempts to be pleasant and nice which I understand (people don't have to be pleasant all the time, it's okay). However, making me feel like I was such an inconvenience to the point that he would swear at me was crossing the line. He may, in his personal life, think that using the F word is okay and normal but he should know that this is not the case for everyone and that there are still people like me who finds this extremely offensive and unprofessional. So overall, the experience would have been perfect and exemplary but the last point of contact I had with your hotel was appalling so I believe an 8 would be a fair rating.

Service was great. Carman Chung from front desk was very helpful! there is a problem with calling the hotline, it is hard to reach the front desk line when they tried to transfer me from the regular line, not just once but many times. There shouldn't be such a long wait
