Poor value for money, restaurant had limited menu & expensive. Rooms very dated & need renovation. Carpet heavily stained, windows very dirty. Tried calling reception on first night several times but no answer so had to call from an external number (my mobile phone) in order to get someone to pick-up. Very noisy in rooms, plumbing noises from toilet flushing, showers etc during night.

The accommodation was good overall, but it was noticed in the room and interiors that the wallpaper had begun to lift, one of the lifts had missing up & down lights, the shower being over the bath was not great for middle aged people, and as a coeliac disease person the food was limited during breakfast and food during the conference.

« Conference facilities good, bathroom needs upgrading. »

Check-in was smooth and easy, room was clean and serviced well during our stay. The bathroom could do with upgrading - the tub and toilet are looking a bit old. I really dislike the metal cap on the toilet paper, which makes it difficult to tear. Congratulations on leaving our towels - although most hotels say they want to be good to the environment and will leave your towels if you wish, most change them anyway.

« Great location for a footy weekend »

Pullman Melbourne on the park is a great option if you are planning a weekend of football. Adjacent to the MCG, you couldn't ask for a better position. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly adding to a real personal "country" feel. On the downside, the hotel is beginning to to become tired. The shower controls in the "shower over bath" set up make it difficult to comfortably set the water temp and pressure, and the spa and sauna facilities are looking decidedly drab. We love Pullman Melbourne on the Park, but I think it's time for some upgrades to the facilities.

Was very happy with the hotel, the only let down was the toilet in my room 2004 would randomly flush during the night which disturbed my sleep.otherwise everyone from the staff, service and food was great.
