This is the second time I've stayed at the Pullman on the Park. The room was comfortable and convenient to the MCG where I was attending a conference. If I'm back in the area, I'd be happy to stay there again.

The hotel, and especially the room was way too hot, despite having the AC on 17 overnight. Fresh air was desperately needed. Please get something other than horrible white bread for GF guests. The restaurant was WAY overpriced. Quite disappointed as I had dined there before.

« Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. »

My stay at the Pullman was good. The hotel is located centrally and the face to face service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean and perfect for a conference stay. The bathroom was clean, though the toilet did not flush very effectively. I am aware that there were problems with other toilets in the hotel so perhaps this was related to that? If not, I’d definitely say that this is an area that needs attention.

Overall it was very satisfactory although the food was fairly average. Also, a housekeeper woke me up at 4.00am bringing pillows to the wrong room!

I atteneded a conference Conpharm. The staff and facilitates were all really good, except the temp of the room was far too hot. I contacted reception and the maintenance attended the room but informed us there was nothing they could do. The AC kept cutting out. My 19 month old had to sleep only in his nappy as he was waking up to hot.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was fabulous, looking at the MCG and Port Phillip Bay, watching the ships come in. The airconditioning was a bit noisy but otherwise fine Breakfast was good as was dinner,if the latter lacked some imagination.

We always enjoy staying when we go to the ‘G’. I was disappointed that the online check in really didn’t save much time because I still had to present credit card, provide identification, etc.

The hotel was an odd dichotomy--the lobby and restaurant area was updated and contemporary. The rooms were outdated and (though clean), in need of some work. The red carpet was not appealing, and there were signs that the room needed repair. The bathroom had water damage--not a huge amount, but definitely enough to notice.
