Overall hotel is clean, nice and warm staff, breakfast jamu is cool, and they have alot of option for the cocktails in the plumeria bar, i tried 1 unique cocktails made by the bartender.

Check in takes long time, no apology, when in the rush early morning, the staff is unpolite and ask such inappropriate question with high tone. For me i spent 1,2 million with these services, i felt so lost. But the room is very fine, and had a great slept. Thank you anyway.

Was verry comfortable place & excellent service by all the staff i’v ever know. I ordered food at 9pm, annissa from room service said est. 1.5 hours. I said oke because thats mean my food will be arrive at around 22.30. I call back at 22.45, annissa said my food will be ready still need 1 hours.. Thats unlogical... est. 1.5 hours and 3 hours its a lot different.. More annissa easily said that i can cancel my order... So after time reach almost 11pm, she easily said i can cancel without thinking. So then we dont have to eat??? Very un prof. If she said from the beginning that our food will takes 3 hours, we will not order.

Overall stay was great but you may need to consider to upgrade the in bath amenities. Especially, liquid soap, tooth brush and razor. The tooth brush used for 1 time and strings peeled off, obviously it's a China made product.

« The room was great and reception staff were amazing. »

The room was really nice and the reception staff were very helpful since I'm a nursing mother on a business trip, they helped to freeze my breast milk in the freezer every day at least twice when I pass them the packets of breast milk. However during my business workshop, there was no staff stationed outside our room to assist us and it was difficult to get help. The room service staff also forgot to bring me utensils for my dinner and my food got cold whilst waiting for utensils to be delivered to me. Also, the second time i ordered the same dish, i did not receive the variety of sauces from the first time I ordered. There was lack of consistency.

Initially, I encountered humming noise from ceiling lamp nearby curtain. So I called the reception to fix and went back for meeting. It seems OK after I was back to room around 10pm. The problem came back while I was having sound sleep at 2am in the morning. At first, I was trying to cover my ears with pillows. It didn't work and called the reception. No room was available.

There was no vegetarian option at the cattapa restaurant. the Manager of the restaurant Yogi was not at all intrested in attending or talking or listening to guest. even if you ask for Veg Nasi Goreng or the Fried rice the option was not Available, inspite of it being a Multi-cuisine Restaurant.

« Great hotel, so-so reception »

Hotel facility is amazing, restaurant staff are efficient and professional. Buffet variety is awesome and tasty but most food was not hot anymore. Unfortunately check-in was extremely slow and many people in the queue were complaining to each other - both waiting time and actual administration time per guest was slow. Our group had a taxi reserved to go back to the airport, but it probably took 15 minutes to figure out which one as reception staff were talking to each other about other issues and clearly not in a hurry to support. We asked 3 times before we were finally helped.
