When I checked-in the condition of the hotel was quite crowded so I waited quite a long time, the room was very comfortable and clean, the pool and sauna facilities were good, the breakfast was available a lot of choices and the taste was quite good

« Nice hotel. But has some issues. »

The stay was generally pleasant. Hotel is still relatively new and the facilities are clean and modern. Staff was polite. Problems: Gave car number at the counter when checking in. When leaving the system said that the number wasnt registered and still had to pay fee. Room service gave me a burger- with just 2 buns, no meat or cheese. They sent a fruit platter as an apology but this was a strange thing to happen. Also getting taxis was very difficult on Sunday and staff could not help. In the end had to take a Silverbird or I would have missed my flight back

My room was clean and spacious with modern facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall only one negative. At a function at level 27 and also again in the restaurant, the staff took my bowls but then left my used cutlery sitting on the placemat for me to use on the next course. This is both completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Clean cutlery should be used for each course
