It is really enjoyful for this time living in Grand Mercure. All of the hardwares and services are compelete and perfect. The most important is Grand Mercure is hornest and professional to the customers. When I check out, I forgot lots of cash in the room by my mistake. 3 days later I find this problem and consulted Miss Monica (Guest Service Center), she helped me find it back from the Hotel lost-find center. The security system, integrity of the hotel and Miss Monica's profession and help really made me felt worm and trusty. Next time when I need to live in Jakarta, I will also choose Grand Mercure--a perfect hotel with integrity, comfortable and best service.

Overall great experience. Request for an upper floor non-smoking room was attended to. Staff also provided really good service in terms of helping us use the Go-Jek app and helping us to search for locations/attractions to visit. Staff even went out of the way to help us with the bookings. Thankyou :) Ambience wise, Room was spacious and clean.... facilities like the pool and steam-room/sauna was well maintained with staff available to distribute out towels. Did not get to try out the restaurants this round but Will definitely return if opportunity arises.
