The room was very cozy, breakfast good. The only downside would be that when a bigger car would drive near by the whole room would shake.

« GREAT LOCATION VERY SMALL ROOMS AND FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE STAFF »

My first time in Riga .... I ended up in this Ibis ... rooms are pretty small even for Ibis standards atleast that is how my room was ... hardly any space to move beside the bed ... and top on that power went out for 45 mins and wifi was off for about an hour and half ... but the front office staff and the general manager should be given 10/10 for their friendly attitude and great service .... i would simply forget everything else and come back to this place ... and guys remember location is a great +++++ due to the power outage the GM offered a complimentary drop to airport for me on the day of checkout as well as a token of appreciation for the issues faced ...

I somehow really liked all the design and art / wall work in the whole hotel. The best part was that it was following through all the way from the lobby to the room to the breakfast area. Really nice :)

Arrival: Person at the Service Desk said that he is not able to do the check-in, we had to wait 15min for a colleague to come so that she could do the check in. He didn't offer anything to drink as I would be used from other hotels for this situation. When the colleague arrived, she was very unfriendly and didn't apologise for the delay. At night when the bar was closed, we asked at the service desk if we could still get some water. According to your employee, it was not possible that he could take one bottle of water from the bar and add it to our bill. Morning: one lady was currently cleaning the outside of one elevator. we asked if we could quickly use the elevator in order to avoid walking through the entire hotel to catch the other elevator. She replied angry in Latvian language (which we didn't understand) and made us go away. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends. This is one of the worst customer services that I experienced so far.

« A delightful hotel with good breakfast, very clean rooms and most helpful staff. »

Enjoyed a four night stay at the hotel. The location was great for sightseeing. Hotel staff were polite and friendly with excellent English language skills. The hotel is relatively new but in an old building - breakfast was adequate - rooms were spotless. Did complain that air conditioner in room was not cooling and it was much too hot. It took 3 complaints before I was offered another room with working air con. I can recommend this hotel as good value for money.

If I would know that I will get the room as a toilet I would never book this room. I prefer to pay more but I will know that the room have a window and normal bed.

Comfortable stay in central location. Would have welcomed provision of a fridge and a safe in the bedroom. Breakfast adequate but a dearth of seasonal fruit (strawberries, raspberries, bluberries, cherries, etc in abundance in market at Riga - why weren't they at their breakfast table.). Staff polite but lacking in warmth.

Very convenient location for walking to city centre/Riga Old Town. Very helpful reception staff (Christoph?) who helped us with our Wizzair boarding passes and other matters. Satisfactory room (although there was no view being rear facing but no noise) Room was effectively air conditioned. Breakfast room was a little awkward , the food being in a separate room and no natural light being virtually in the basement but breakfast items especially coffee was good.

Nice hotel, recently renovated. A practical location, close to main railway station, close to city center. When checked in we were given a choice from two rooms. We selected the quiet one on the 6th floor. Wifi worked perfectly (each room has own access point + there is a shared wifi in common areas - breakfast area, hotel bar, ...). Breakfast service was fine - buffet style with good selection of food and drinks.
