« Better than expected (No reception desk so don't expect a quick check in) »

There was only one problem staying at this hotel there was no reception for check in just a lady standing next to a small round table with a laptop talking on the phone in between the main entrance seating area and the main bar which was busy and very noisy (unacceptable) and me as a customer having to wait over 20 minutes to be dealt with (there where other guests waiting to be seen as well) I found not having a reception desk dedicated to your guest in 2019 very unusual and not very hotel user friendly I would have second thoughts about staying here again especially at over £200 a night(this is east London not central London) and not getting the service you need for a busy hotel. Apart from the above the room was very clean and comfortable nice touch having tea coffee water and crisps available having air con was a nice touch. And at the end of the day would I stay here again? I would have to think about that, if there are other options then no but it's a matter of choice and everyone expects differn't things from hotel chains.

« Excellent value for money »

The value for money is great. The rooms are very good quality and spacious, good bed, good bathroom and a good breakfast. Also, the hotel is right outside of the metro/tube. Canning town is in zone 2/3, it takes about 30 min to get to Piccadilly which is alright.

« Excellent stay. »

I was on a trip with my daughter. The most important was the concert at the O2 arena. We were very, very pleasantly surprised. From the hotel window we had a view of the O2 arena. The hotel has an excellent location. Opposite DLR and bus station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the hotel concept very much. Open and pleasant atmosphere.

« Great modern hotel from Ibis »

A new fresh hotel from Ibis. Corridors not stuck in 1970s like most others. Proper bathrooms not plastic pods so felt ore modern and fresh. Very nice service and good location.

the main thing was how helpful the staff was, traveling is certainly bothersome but they helped alleviate some of the pain by taking some of my luggage. Also, I couldn't afford the full buffet but they let me settle with some cornflakes for a cheaper price which is better than nothing and enough to get me going.

« Quietest Room. »

I just love your staff they're so kind and helpful. However, being a lady of a certain age I asked for the quietest room you have. She put me in room 937. (I think) At the end of the corridor on the ninth floor on the right in the corner. This is NOT quiet. I was awake most of the night and from 5 am onwards with road noises etc.. Checking a room that a maid was cleaning the next morning. It overlooked a walkway on the left of the building. SO next time I visit I'll ask for 915. I love your breakfasts, they're absolutely delicious. Congrats to your Chef and staff. So your all gorgeous and helpful and I look forward to visiting again.....in room 915-20. We were in London going to a Cher concert and this hotel was ideally situated for the O2 and there are excellent transport links being adjacent to Canning Town tube/DLR. It was our anniversary and the hotel acknowledged this which was lovely. Our room was clean and well equipped and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I had a request for a print out which was no problem. Breakfast was fabulous too, loads of choice and you could tell the food was of a high standard. Top marks, would definitely return if in London.

I am so pleased with how good my stay in this hotel was! Breakfast was delicious, the couches in the hall were perfect to finish the rogue work I needed to tackle, staff was perfect. Also the fact that the train station is so close is an undeniable bonus! Will definitely return when I come back to London!

« A unique and comfortable stay! »

The service from check in to check out was outstanding. The staff couldn't be more helpful and were very kind by offering to print a boarding pass for us. It was also our anniversary and there was a lovely touch of a card in our room. Please pass on our thanks to the hotel staff. Breakfast was really good too, nice quality of food and beverages. Would definitely recommend 10/10
