We liked to stay again because all the staff are very helpful and approachable start from the Reception Ms. Teressa is very accommodating and she gives us all the information what we needed to know. And Ms. Jane she’s polite and she had a great smile, the service from the housekeeping and maintenance department are amazing we called them not even 10 minutes and then they’ve responded we did used the Dreamworks SPA the receptionist she is a Filipina sorry I forgot her name but she is very helpful and she gives a very good suggestion which we like it so much and the therapist which are From Thailand and Indonesia are very good we had a great time in your hotel. The room was awesome with ample space. The only glitch that I could see was the dust on the outer side of window panel. It’s hard to clean the outer side of window, but I suggest it should be cleaned occasionally. Other than it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel is slightly dated but overall happy with the room etc. I was promised a double bed & had two singles. Desk was broken in the middle so not great to sit at. No english channles on the TV. HOt water heater system did not work so cold showers for duration.

We stayed for around 4 hours when we checked in we didn't find tissue or cleanex in the room,I called reception and ask for the same as he said he will send someone but till check out we didn't receive.and also upon asking for some spoon and fork they said as per policy I have to pay or collect yours from restaurant, atleast they should provide us use and throw one,

The experience was good, the hotel is beautiful and stylish. The welcoming staff was nice and friendly. The food was nice and accommodated most nationalities at the hotel during the time. Chef Mary was exceptional, she asked us a couple of times what we wanted to see in on the buffet table and she delivered accordingly that was lovely. The overall experience was nice, just we were not happy with our room and the bunk bed they gave us, as during booking we were given the impression that they have a family room that can accommodate us 3 but we ended up sharing a standard room.
