I have stayed at Pullman KL City Centre Hotel & Residences many times. This hotel is best for family stay. Walking distance to Pavillion Mall and Bukit Bintang area. However, if there is overhead bridge like next to Banyan Tree Hotel is better. In term of cleanliness, still need to improve as some of the area still cover with dust.

The experience with the broken glass in the dessert served in your hotel restaurant was not at all good. The hotel management took care of the medical examination bills but didn't follow up personally. It was a traumatizing experience for almost a week.

Room was clean and mostly okay. In comparison T. my stay at the Bangkok - Hotel Vie, the following was lacking: In room dining - not great. Pancakes too soggy. Milk for coffee was warm, not hot. Eggs Benedict - terrible. Slices of chicken were hard and dry like they'd be sitting under a warmer for a night. Hollandaise sauce - wasn't Hollandaise sauce. Housekeeping - during an entire week's stay, every day an item/area was forgotten. One day they would forget T. replace a glass or coffee cup, another day they would forget T. replace the tea or coffee in the drawer, another day they forgot T. put back a robe in the wardrobe after they took one away, another day they didn't replace the used toilet roll, another day they forgot T. put shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. Overall I get the impression that they were quite careless/not attentive.

Super slow check in at counter. No welcome drinks offered.. Had to carry bag myself to room as staff not attentive.. At check in counter I was told the room was not ready and i had to wait 15-20 mins. This was around 3.30 pm was past your check in time.. And I was travelling with my pregnant wife who was suoer tired..

Felt welcome, the really nice Yinny, at the Executive lounge, was very warm, sympathetic and friendly. She is one of the real Accor representative! The room we were assigned was very nice, a tad small (we have been upgraded to extra large super suites at the Sofitel in Bangkok and at the Novotel in Koh Samui, so the room looked smaller...). It was quiet, well furnished, a very large bathroom. Food at breakfast was simply great, large choice, very good! Executive lounge very modern, quiet, like a lounge must be. All in all, a very positive stay, thank you to all staff.

From the time I have booked till the day, I checked out from the hotel, the overall satisfaction and the level of attention they do give in care for you and your family is great. The hotel is amazing with amazing city view and an absolutely great location just opposite the pavilion mall. The apartment was very clean and very spacious with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. It's a great place to stay if you are family with young kids

Beautiful lobby full of the Pullman DNA. Originally booked an entry-level twin room but requested for a king bed, and was upgraded by their friendly front office staff. Room I got was great, very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Am an Accor Silver member working towards gold. Always book direct and they really do go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed.

I was staying on a business trip for 5 nights. Overall hotel impression was impressive. However, despite the grand lobby and ballroom, room fixture was old and a bit dusty. Buffet lunch was great despite the repeating menu over my stay of five days. Hospitality of the staff was great though. very helpful from the beginning of the stay

Last year,I had horrible experience staying in this hotel, as I (a non-smoker) was assigned to a smoking room. Sad to say, the services in this hotel did not improve at all for my stay this year. I urge the management to look into these issues seriously. From the reservation department (payment), lengthy check-in (at the reception), to the random room assignment for LeClub member and lousy room cleaning
