The hotel has great location and that is its advantage. Nice lobby but we were highly disappointed with the apartments. Very old dated rooms. Not well planned. There is not need for a bathtub instead space could have been used for something else. A hand shower is necessary in the shower area. In my room, 1315, there was water dripping noise the entire night but not durnig the day. I stayed for a week. Everyday the breakfast was the same. Could change a bit and include better healthier options.

The room is big and clean on the 1st day. On 2nd day the toilet is not cleaned properly since my hair drop on the floor as I was having shower on the 1st day but the dropped hair was not picked up.

Requested room was not allocated, despite having requested it in July this year. I forfeit an upgrade due to my Gold status to get a corner room and that request was not met. Staff at the Executive Club lounge are friendly but don't seem to have the knowledge and experience to deal with anything that is out of the normal routine. Most of the staff that I used to know in the hotel have left the hotel being replaced by younger and more inexperienced staff. The prices have increased tremendously since last year to an extend that the hotel is no longer offering a acceptable value for money.

We stayed in the residence and yes, we didn't have a view but the room was huge! We loved the family feel with an equipped kitchen (although we didn't use it at all). The staff were friendly especially the one serving my floor.

1 night stay in the club room. Greeted by the ever bubbly Yana. She even remembered me from my previous visit. Thumbs up! The room was cosy as usual but i was assigned to a room without a bathtub. Quite a bummer but i dont mind too much. The staff during the happy hour in the club lounge were most of them were trainees and it reflects on their services. They were not aware of the guests. Even if your drink is finished, they were not bothered asking you wether you need another one or not. But they will obliged if you call for them. Its annoying to call them multiple times. They need to mingle and have small talks with the guests. Aware of the surroundings. Totally dissapointed. I miss Yana and Kamal services. Too bad they were not on duty.

It was a great stay for 3 days. Liked the buffet breakfast and was spoiled for choice. Rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. No regrets at all. I did not have a chance to try dinner at the hotel as I was sampling street food. Booked two rooms as the two bedroomed apartment was not available.

Local Malaysian always looking at people on how they dress. If you dont dress well, they treat you like a taxi driver. I never had such experience with Pullman Central Park & Thamrin in Jakarta even in Sofitel Singapore. I will never stay at Pullman KLCC anymore!!

« It was not as good as i expect it would be »

Well, first of all after emailing the hotel before for the room arranging, the room were not ready for us, took quiet a while to get the keys, and once they did, then the real problem begin. So i booked 2 rooms, 1 smoking and 1 non smoking, the first time i entered of what supposed to be the non smoking room - smell like ashtray. Called downstairs and asked to be move, and they said they will call us back to the room, waited for 40 minutes, no news then we decided to go back down, return our key and tell them that i am going out and i would expect a new room key when i come back. So the non-smoking room got upgraded - then there was no problem at all. Lots of constructions around so you can't really see any view from the room. We didn't get any special treatment as an accor plus member here (silver), no welcome note - welcome fruit - in which i normally get from another accor hotels. If i were ask would i book Pullman KLCC again, i would say No.

Pullman KLCC is known for its high standard of service and attention to guest needs and I am truly sorry that you did not experience this fully during your stay with us. It is indeed a rare service inconsistency that your welcome amenities did not reach you when you arrived in your room as our VIP amenities are always placed to welcome the guest. This may have been due to the room change that happened after your arrival. All in all, our genuine apology on your less than perfect stay, Mrs A..
