The location is perfect but the bathroom need renovation & carpet needs deep cleaning. The room doesn't have control for the heater.

« Not ideal for a longer stay »

Hotel was outdated, cleanliness throughout hotel average, bathroom often had a bad smell, water was not provided except for 1 day in the 8 nights we stayed. Card was missing to put on the pillow for our sheets to be changed and bed was just pulled up and not neatly made of sheets were not changed. Room very hot, even in the cold and we had to have the window open at all times which was very noisy.

Very good location but aging hotel.No coffee available in the room. Have to ask for an iron and ironboard and got a supermini ironboard.Breakfast good choice but the same everyday. No butter available only margerine.

« Great Dotonburi Location »

My wife and I stayed at the hotel in April 2018. So it was only logical to come with the family and stay at the same hotel that is close to Dotonburi. Our check in process was smooth and of course the staff acknowledge you as a Le Club member. The family room was great and my children really enjoyed it!

« Room - Warm, Overlooked Noisy Street »

My room overlooked a very noisy street which was getting even louder from 1pm onwards. The room is provided with warm instead of cold aircon. Without much choice, l had to leave the room window open as advised by receptionist and thugs had resulted that the outside noise was unbearable. Daily room cleaning is also not done properly for my friends’ rooms. Though, in general, receptionist was friendly.

« Convenient but noisy. »

The hotel is conveniently located near Dotonburi. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. I did not find the check in staff particularly helpful, compared to other Accor hotels I've stayed in. It was also a little noisy when we had the window open.

Generally its OK. Very convenient as it is near shopping areas and train stations. Many food outlet nearby if you want to get a quick chow. However, housekeeping should be improved and monitor. Rooms are little bit small. Reception was acxomodating.

« Most ideal location! »

1. Stayed with my family of four. Got quadruple sharing room and I found the room spacious for country standards. It even has a sitting area in the middle of the room wc I find very helpful 2. Location was right next to central dotonburi where restos, Don Quijote, shopping are nearby 3. 7-11 convenience store is within hotel property that I find very convenient 4. They hv separate toilet, shower and full bath tub with 2 wash basin which is big and convenient for big family

« Staying in the crowd of Osaka »

My stay in Ibis Styles Osaka was great, the location is perfect, exactly in the crowd of Dotonbori area where many restaurants and shops are located. The layout of the room is fit for 4 beds, quite spacious. The food choice for breakfast is various and the menu is changed once in 2 days. As overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Ibis Style Osaka Namba is good for stay in Osaka Namba. Hotel facilities is almost new, but toilet is still old style. There is no space to keep baggage in the room. It’s difficult to pak baggage in the room.

This hotel is very near d dotonbori shopping area. There are shops and hundreds of restaurants everywhere. 2min walk to don quijote, ichiran and yakiniku where u can eat the good matsusaka beef. 7-11s, family mart and lawson all around. Oh they have their own 7-11 entrance in d lobby. Only problem is u have to fall in line to eat the buffet breakfast. Maybe because its peak season and d hotel is jampacked with tourists.

We only have mineral water for the 1st night only lavatory is very small and had toilet problem breakfast doesn't have much choices of food and almost same menu daily

Hotel is Near dotonbori with 7 eleven convenient store, friendly staffs, they prioritized ACCOR MEMBERS, they gave us Anniversary Pablo Cheese Cake. Everything is Almost Perfect except for the Breakfast bcause of few choices. Thanks i will definetly come back

Huge and Clean room. Great location to train station, shopping arcade, drugstores for Japanese beauty products, eateries, convenience store, airport transfer boarding/alighting point, Glico Man. Most importantly, experienced world class customer service at your hotel. Special mention to Front Desk Staff Mr Tahaaki Aoyama for going the extra mile to render help to me when my family and I were in need. My daughter left her pillow and soft toy under the bed cover in the hotel room when we checked out. We only realised it at night in our hotel in Kyoto. I emailed the hotel on the night of 23 Dec but there was no reply. So, called the hotel on the night of 24 Dec and spoke to My Aoyama. He said delivery to Kyoto hotel is possible, at a charge, but need to speak to the Kyoto hotel staff first. Staff at my Kyoto hotel said that since that night was 24 Dec and I was checking out on 27 Dec, delivery by 27 Dec is impossible due to the Christmas period. I called Mr Aoyama back to confirm what the Kyoto hotel staff said and he insisted on speaking to the Kyoto hotel staff. I went down to the concierge and the 2 hotel staff communicated with each other. What unfolded was the best Christmas present my daughter got. On 25 Dec, Mr Aoyama personally hand delivered the stuff over at my hotel in Kyoto, at no charge at all. Speechless and impressed with this service with a heart. 2 staff but one went all out to make my stay a fabulous one. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to Mr Tahaaki Aoyama. He deserves recognition and acknowledgement by your hotel management too for upholding your 'Feel Welcome' slogan. We were blown away by your service! ❤ We hope your staff around the world is just as fabulous too!
