It was terrific. I liked the staff the way they welcomed us. But The room in the first floor was a little bit boring. There was no view from the window. I hope next time you will not make difference between clients in terms of choice of rooms.

« Relevant value for money, clean, good breakfast, close to rail station and in a location with ongoing construction activities. »

The hotel provided good value for the price, clean, very good breakfast, kind and active personnel. The bathroom was very small, with no holding cup for the soap and no with no shampoon.

Hotel was clean and met all needs. Difficulty in communicating with front desk and hotel staff during breakfast. I was not provided an invoice upon checkout, which I need for my travel claim. I have since called the hotel and sent emails repeatedly but no one has helped me.
