« Location to train station is the only good thing about this hotel. »

Our air conditioning didnt seem to work. We asked the front desk to check the room. They said they would send someone up. When we came back later to the room it was still very hot. We asked if they had a fan and they laughed and said it wasnt that hot. The hotel lobby and restaurant reaked of smoke because of the smoking in the lobby bar. It was difficult to eat dinner at the nearby restaurant with the smoke choking you. It is next to the train station so that's a positive.

On the day of 06/19/2019, on our arrival we encountered a problem at reception, because by mistake the reservation was made by us for a wrong date and so we had no room to be in Casablanca the first night and we would have to go look This and we were already a little tired from the trip. And it was at that moment that we realized why the Ibis Hotel Voyageurs has a high rating, the Manager Mr Chaikb (I do not know if the name is correct), got us a great room at the hotel which was already full and still booked that same night for us the Ibis Hotel in Fès. Note10 for him. The evening we dined at the hotel and after dinner my wife received an affectionate gift, a delicious birthday cake. The hotel is nice, clean, reliable, the food is very good, so I recommend this Ibis for anyone traveling to Casablanca, Morocco. It was in this hotel that I found the most attentive people to us, they are much more than good professionals. Among all the people I would like to highlight the manager, the receptionist (Imane) and Soukaima from the catering area. see you soon bye Marco Anjos

housekeeping staff inappropriately handled private belongings left in the rooms while gone for the day, lack of sufficient levels of staffing for the number of guests, lack of food listed on menu as available for afternoon/evening dining, broken air conditioners or inaccurate thermostats in rooms (thermostats read 17 degrees; my thermometer read 25-26 degrees and no response when reported to the front desk) Lengthy and inefficient check-in procedures An absolute debacle at check out that took a full hour AND now I've got another email from the GM saying I owe them more money when I have receipts as well as my bank statement showing I've paid exactly what I agreed to pay when I booked the reservation (that was supposed to be paid in advance!)

Good Location, just near the casa voyageurs train station, easy to get the train from to the airport. Behind the hotel, there's also shopping mall where we can buy and shop. Very nice staff who guide us where to go. However, the booking system has some error which need us to pay extra tax. After clarification, the staff return us the extra paid tax.

We checked in online, but we still have to stop at the desk to fill out the forms and photocopied the passports, luckily it didn't take long. The place is quiet and clean, and the bed is comfortable. General experience was good.

Not a pleasant stay. The only positive factor is the proximity to the train station. You run out of items in the breakfast buffet and takes ages to replace. When I asked the chef for omelette eggs , I was rudely asked if I checked the buffet that didn’t have any eggs. The waiters are on their phone and too loud and they don’t care to remove the dirty plates from the tables, the reception is shouting back at guests , my pillow had stains upon my arrival. Never changed. The AC was out when I arrived and the explanation was we are not in the hot season and it was really hot in the room. Where are we? Stone Age!!!!!!! My key didn’t work for three times because the receptionist was making the wrong key. Honestly she was very apologetic and clearly overwhelmed with work because you are clearly undermanned in the reception. Those poor receptionists are super busy. Which explains why no one answers any of your phones. I have tried to call room service , HK, reception and none is answering. Many times and during different times. There is an obvious absence of supervision and management in this hotel. I understand it is three stars but there are basics for hospitality that you are way far from it. Definitely my last stay ever at any Ibis.

Pleasant Hotel for the night before boarding the airport train early in the morning. The hotel is pleasantly situated next to the station; still no noise was noted. Check in was a bit hectic; 3-4 guests que in front of the only receptionist. Though checking in was at 2:40 pm, the room was not ready , I had to wait for half an hour. Other hotels apologise and offer a welcome drink during the wait, but they did not. Room was very small with very little room for movement for a couple in the room. Toilet is also very small with little amenities. Air condition was not satisfactory.

« Great location, nice property, good service »

The location is within a short taxi ride to most sights. It is adjacent to a new train station with a Starbucks. The room was tight for two people, but was clean and comfortable. No safe in the room, you must leave valuables at the front desk, where they keep them in an unsecured drawer. But, nonetheless, no problems. Staff were pleasant and happy to help. Bar and restaurant on premises.

Quiet, clean rooms, having an extra small towel for hands would be good. Friendly and helpful staff, appreciated the luggage storage. Breakfast selection was Ok but could be better at refilling the food. We had the Asian Wok for dinner and this was so salty it was bearly edible.

The hotel is newly built and is very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel is very well located within yards of Casa Voyageur railway station. The rooms are not spacious but satisfactory for a fairly short stay.
