I'm really glad I booked Ibis Casablanca. It's next to the train station, but doesn't feel like a "next to the station" hotel I've experienced before. It's very clean and modern and the restaurant is good.

Not a pleasant stay. The only positive factor is the proximity to the train station. You run out of items in the breakfast buffet and takes ages to replace. When I asked the chef for omelette eggs , I was rudely asked if I checked the buffet that didn’t have any eggs. The waiters are on their phone and too loud and they don’t care to remove the dirty plates from the tables, the reception is shouting back at guests , my pillow had stains upon my arrival. Never changed. The AC was out when I arrived and the explanation was we are not in the hot season and it was really hot in the room. Where are we? Stone Age!!!!!!! My key didn’t work for three times because the receptionist was making the wrong key. Honestly she was very apologetic and clearly overwhelmed with work because you are clearly undermanned in the reception. Those poor receptionists are super busy. Which explains why no one answers any of your phones. I have tried to call room service , HK, reception and none is answering. Many times and during different times. There is an obvious absence of supervision and management in this hotel. I understand it is three stars but there are basics for hospitality that you are way far from it. Definitely my last stay ever at any Ibis.

Pleasant Hotel for the night before boarding the airport train early in the morning. The hotel is pleasantly situated next to the station; still no noise was noted. Check in was a bit hectic; 3-4 guests que in front of the only receptionist. Though checking in was at 2:40 pm, the room was not ready , I had to wait for half an hour. Other hotels apologise and offer a welcome drink during the wait, but they did not. Room was very small with very little room for movement for a couple in the room. Toilet is also very small with little amenities. Air condition was not satisfactory.

« Great location, nice property, good service »

The location is within a short taxi ride to most sights. It is adjacent to a new train station with a Starbucks. The room was tight for two people, but was clean and comfortable. No safe in the room, you must leave valuables at the front desk, where they keep them in an unsecured drawer. But, nonetheless, no problems. Staff were pleasant and happy to help. Bar and restaurant on premises.

Quiet, clean rooms, having an extra small towel for hands would be good. Friendly and helpful staff, appreciated the luggage storage. Breakfast selection was Ok but could be better at refilling the food. We had the Asian Wok for dinner and this was so salty it was bearly edible.

The hotel is newly built and is very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel is very well located within yards of Casa Voyageur railway station. The rooms are not spacious but satisfactory for a fairly short stay.

The room was small but adequate. The biggest problem was that the lobby and restaurant areas smelled strongly of smoke because there is a bar/lounge/TV room where smoking is allowed, which is open to the main lobby area. This is unfortunate.

Great location. Upgraded room. Helpful staff. My two night stay at this property was a pleasant one. My room was on the 5th fl with a view which was appreciated. Enjoyed arriving from the airport and having a short commute to the property. Would be nice to have some of the amenities offered by other hotel chains. Hotel only provides shampoo, conditioner and a small bar of soap. No mini refrigerator or the ability to make tea/coffee. No mini bar, etc. If you can live without these conveniences and value location as far as transit access this could be the place for you. There is a tram very close to hotel which provides access to other areas nearby.

« bad Cheese burger / Cooker is far to be a CHEF »

i am a member and frequent user of Accor hotels worldwide and do like their Breakfast in general and daily Meal / cooking in general ; but the last experience in IBIS CASA was very bad as the Chef Cuistot was a simple cooker who doesnt even know how to prepare a Cheese burger having order a cheesburger the MATERIAL delivered looked like a cold Snack more tham a hamburger ; after hecking inside the Bread was not Hot the Cheese was thick and cold after asking the lady to recheck with Chief and waited 10 minutes the new Hot MATERIAL was the worst Cheesburger i have ever seen ; the chief COOKER had simply put it in the oven with all the green salad and tomatoes of course I got a flowing cheese and hot bread but all the green salads was cooked and turned to yellow boiled vegetables ; red tomato was turning into Hot tomato juice that cut your appetite and when complain to the server she replied ITS NOT LIKE Mc DONALD ; so I make it clear that I Don't Eat at Mc Do and whenever i like to eat Hamburger or cheeseburger i Do It in a restaurant so either dont order cheesburger in this IBIS CASA or relay the info to Ibis Chain or manger to replace the COOKER and to educate the Lady who serves in this WOK restaurant

The receptionist told us that we could get free drinking water from the bar, but when we went to the bar, they charged us for the drinking water. For a hotel of this quality, drinkable water should be provided for free.

« Cold breakfast, dysfunctional check-in »

The warm components of the breakfast (pancakes, etc) were cold. No wonder, they weren't kept warm, but instead presented on a plate on the counter. The online check-in was completely dysfunctional for my travel companion and me. We had to fill out all the forms a second time after arrival, even though all information had been given by us via the online check-in.
