The stay was great. The staff were very friendly. Nathan & Teresa were quite helpful. One of the receptionist was cold but the rest were very good. Thanks to Patrick Murray who was very polite.

Very pleasant stay, polite staff. Room 231 could do with a bit of a tidy up ie: new carpet (as this one is stained), cabinet varnish worn & sealant / paint in bathroom starting to get black mould on it in places. But as I said earlier very pleasant experience. Would use again.

Overall not a great experience. Reception staff are rude and very unprofessional, clearly retraining in customer services would be advantageous, or perhaps the company in general needs the retraining and cascade the training down to all levels of staff. Bar staff are the slowest I have ever encountered and I would imagine loose the company a lot of revenue on wet sales. Service in the restaurant is very slow as well however the staff are very pleasant so makes it more acceptable. Housekeeping staff were extremely good and very professional and polite, 10 out of 10 for them, perhaps they should be greeting the guests and let your current reception staff clean the toilets instead. Rooms are shabby but clean and the beds were comfortable. I have been generous giving a 5 and that's purely because the house keeping staff were so good.

This is not one of my favourite hotels to stay at. Long wait to check in. Cooked breakfast pretty poor. First choice for dinner (gammon ) off menu. Restaurant not exactly full.

Firstly, not all staff encountered was poor. The reception chap o. arrival was awesome however those I came across after this was disappointing. Rushed out of the restaurant for dinner service. I get 8.30pm was late in with us being the only table however you serve to a time ao we shouldnt be made to feel unwanted...Uses the leisure service which are great. after swimming went straight from pool to get a starbucks and snack from bar. The barmaid couldnt work the till to room charge and kept asking me to got to my room to get an alternative payment. I refused and said its just a short walk for you to reception to post it there. She printes receipt handed it to me and told me to do it. Then upon checkout was just handed the card machine with an amount in with no explanation or breakdown of costs. Due to it being more then anticipated I requested an itemised bill to find the Starbucks coffee to be on there 6 times. Receptionist didnt belive us at first about them being on there so I prompted her to produces the 6 receipts...she couldnt. With this we was told to be on our way and she'll take payment from our pre-auth. Just not pleasant staff and need training on systems and guest managment. Being a hotel manager myself I gave them ample oppourtunity to rectify these issues and all didnt want to do this. I will add the cleanliness of rooms and the leisure facility available were great.

The tv had no signal so picture quality was rubbish. The room itself was ok. Noisy neighbours shouting n banging kept me awake.I had the food the first night .it was greasy so ate out second night. The staff was very polite and friendly. I will not be staying again.

ok but thought food was a bit overpriced for what was on offer. Beer choice was not good either and paying 5 pounds for a 330ml bottle is too expensive. Room and breakfast was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and our stay was very nice and relaxing shame that the hot tub in the pool area was out of order on Saturday. Food was nicely cooked although would of preferred and different menu on Saturday.The room was very clean and had a nice sleep both nights.

Attended the above event over the August bank holiday weekend. I had an amazing time. Rooms were comfortable and functional and there was ample space for the pinball event to take place. The hotel has a leisure centre too. Food was over priced so please can this be reviewed for next year. The event will be returning for 2020 so I look forward to returning
