The staff were lovely and friendly, but the place was poor. Rooms very tiered, not tea or coifed, carpets dirty, generally a place that you would only use if you had no other choise

Easy to deal with, relaxed atmosphere, reasonably quiet at night. Food is fantastic if a little over priced. All said and done i would definitely use again.

Regular visitor as attend Brands Hatch next-door. Great food and service. There was one slight hiccup when another guest was given a room key the same number as ours which resulted in him accessing our room after we had gone to bed, but this was sorted out satisfactorily.

I stay 2 nights a week most weeks for the last 9 months. For the last 2 months the service has been in steady decline. This week I waited 2 hours for my dinner and it was cold when it eventually arrived. I was the 2nd person to order my food at 1835 the starter (wings) took 45 minutes another 30 minutes later I asked if I was likely to get my main this evening at was met with a blank look, I pointed to everyone around me who arrived after had either had both starter and main or were still waiting to order. Twice after that I was brought the wrong food 2 burgers. After another 30 mins I as others had previously walked out I went to reception explained to them the called the duty manager twice who never came down. 15 minutes later a cold pizza was brought to my room. The biscuits are no longer in the rooms. The additional shower gel has been removed The scrambled egg has been removed and now has to be requested which can take up to 25 minutes

Well deserve weekend. Welcoming staff and quick check in and out. Room was spacious and comfy bed. Breakfast was a variety of choices could have love to have a hot chocolate choice from beverages. Lovely restaurant

Spa, rooms and hotel were great and it was offered on an excellent price. Dinner and breakfast were very good actually. The only issue we had that we had to wait for our evening meal 1,5 hours after food was served.

The staff at the hotel where very helpful and kind. Me and my friend both had a back, shoulder and neck message and a facial treatments from the spa. They treatments we really good and we felt so relaxed and pampered. The spa pool is a good size and the jacuzzi was really enjoyable the jacuzzi water was warm as well. The sauna was out of use as of maintenance but that was ok with us, the steam room was still in use. The spa are was very clean and maintained by staff through the day. The room we had in the hotel was very clean and spacious, we had a coffee, tea and cold drinks in out room as well. The food is very good I would eat and stay here again.

Room Air Conditioning didn't work, our room over looked the dins & recycling area and couldnt book any treatments in the Spa as fully booked? Food menu limited. But staff very good and room lay out good.

« Nice stay, down for the racing »

Overall a good weekend, was down for the racing at the circuit. Shame the Sports Bar wasn't open, drinking in the foyer was not the best and for those who were there for other reasons were disturbed. Think, overall, it was maybe a little short on staff. We were told when we booked our evening meal we had to eat earlier than we would have liked as 'it was busy' at our chosen time but there were approx 6 tables with people and the rest empty.
