« The hotel location is nice but the maintenance is poor. »

It was a very nice organization at the airport to pick up at Accra. The rooms were spacious but the air conditioning did not work very well. There was supposed to be an exhaust fan in the bathroom that did not work either. Apart from that the service was good. The staff were polite. The breakfast was quite nice.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, but the aircon was not cool enough. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory, but vey busy.

Staff friendly but room 924 on the night from 6 to 7 November.. Airconditioner so loud and fan sqeeking so load that I had to open the window and switch the airco off The shower: One needs to hurry up and fonish as otherwise the shower overflows into the bath room. Plug points near the desk are under the desk, so one needs to kneel, to connect the electric cord of ones computer. My conclusion: Teach and mentor the maintenance staff.

« My stay was extremely satisfactorily! »

Your customer service was great. Your staffs were up to the tax. They wore smiles and their interactions were great. Their voices defined it all. When were emotional at some point in time, they were able to calm us. The food- breakfast and lunch etc, were perfectlyade and tasty. The room, bath room and cleaning were all fine. One little observation and heartbreak that would need some attentiin, though, is your electronic, computerized door; which will closed without possibility bof reopening upon your return to your room. Encountered this door problem more than twice, which was my frustration at Ibis Styles! Will recommend improvement in this area!

The hotel provided such a warm welcome from the smiling airport shuttle driver who walked up to the airport doors to meet me to the live band & impromtu dance floor that they had in the dining room for some after dinner fun. Food was excellent with a large variety to choose from. Bar was well located to be in the heart of the lobby as I waited for the rest of my party to arrive. Rooms and main floor bathrooms were very clean! As a female traveler, I felt safe in the hotel all the time.

Love the bathroom shower and tiles. Lightings design is excellent. Need to have some energy saving measures to reduce the air condition usage. Front desk staff should dress more corporate with at least a jacket and tie. Too informal. The restroom in the lobby needs routine deodorizations, cleaning and better ventilation. It appear to have some odor.
