Gin Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Friendly, efficient staff. Our room (no 48) needs repainting - much of the woodwork especially is scratched. Very comfortable beds and lovely, powerful shower. Great breakfast including a fresh orange squeezer machine and good choice which should suit everyone. Would stay again.

Absence of A/C wasn’t clear and rules this out for any future recommendation. Well situated but the best. Styles brand seems a cover for red paint for tired facilities. Breakfast very good. Too expensive by 50% by comparison.

Don't bother. We were on the 6th floor lift not working 15 mins after arrival. No A/C extremely hot. Broken hair dyer. Dirty especially the toilet. Cramped room not even a waste paper basket. Very disappointing for a styles would be annoyed if it was a budget. Tired and neglected. Checked out after 1 night and went to the Mecure

Staff were good, polite and friendly, but the hotel itself is shabby and requires a major refurbishment.

We genuinely appreciate your observations as they continuously help us strive for improvement. We are delighted to hear that you found our staff to be good, polite, and friendly. However, we deeply regret that your experience was marred by maintenance issues within our establishment. Your comments about the dusty soap dispenser, chipped and peeling paint, lack of bath towels, and the cleanliness of the headboard are concerning, and we sincerely apologize for these inconveniences. Please know that we take these matters very seriously, and we will take immediate steps to address these issues. A major renovation is already in the planning stages to enhance our hotel and bring it up to the standards of other Ibis properties you mentioned. We are also actively working on improving our maintenance and upkeep processes to prevent such issues from recurring in the future.
