I would like to tell you how unhappy I was with the general cleanliness and working order of our room whilst staying at the Hotel. Our shower in our room was blocked for our entire stay so we were unable to use the bathroom in our own room. When I looked at the drain in the shower I could see it was totally blocked with hair. I went to the front desk to report the issue and she said I could use another room to take a shower. When we left that evening to go out for dinner she said she would try to unblock the drain and fix the problem. The next morning we tired to shower and again it was still blocked. The bathroom floor was absolutely flooded and we had to use all of the towels to try and soak up the water. I asked for more clean towels and these never arrived either. On the day of check out I said to the front desk that i was very happy to have paid for a room and feel that the blocked shower and cleanliness of our room was not what it should have been. I stay in Ibis Hotels a lot and have always been happy with the room but on this occasion I would like a refund for my 1 night stay. Thank you I look forward to hearing from you Adam v.

I was quite happy to stay in your hotel in general. However, I would like to point out a few things in order to improve the quality. The carpet in the bedroom was hoovered but not very clean and needs to be “washed” accordingly. The skirting board in the bathroom should be fully cleaned. The table mats used as posters in the bedroom were tasteless. I was quite surprised to notice that the waitress was wearing a pair of Jeans and trainers whilst being in charge of the breakfast service and I could not make out, at first, who was the staff amid your customers. The narrow lift with swing doors was such a nightmare that I had to use the stairs instead to avoid getting battered and damaging my clothes.

There was some confusion on my arrival, but the staff dealt with it very smoothly. The room was comfortable, although it was difficult to take a shower without soaking the floor of the bathroom. The included breakfast was fine, but a little boring after three days; perhaps have more variety?

Very pleased with this hotel, location great, room very spacious and clean, wonderful modern interior, excellent bathroom. Breakfast very good. I was staying with a group of friends, we had 6 rooms (twin, double and triple). The rooms are comfortable, and clean. We didn't like that it is not possible to open any window and that in some rooms there is no door for the room where it is the shower. We would prefer to have fridge and a hairdryer in the room. Also the elevator is pretty useless, because it is too small and not easy to use. The breakfast was good, the personal from the reception is nice.

Second stay in just over a month. As previously, we were very satisfied. Only breakfast on our last morning spoiled the experience. Arrived in the breakfast room at 8.30am. Buffet looked as if it had been hit by a plague of locusts (think they were young Rusdian males!). No sausages, no cold ham, no sliced cheese. When I raised this with the staff member all she said she was that she was trying to cope on her own! No apology! I waited 15 minutes while she cleared tables before she replenished the sausages. I then served myself sausages and baked beans, only to find that the beans were stone cold! My companions then joined me. Both had the unpleasant experience of boiling an egg but on opening it found it uncooked. The water in the boiler was like warm and barely covered the eggs, making it virtually impossible to get a properly boiled egg. They picked some fruit instead, only to find it tired and overripe. So unlike the Ibis we are used to!

Location close to the old port, big room and bathroom, recently renovated. Room service needs improvement, after Sunday clean I found my pijamas thrown on the floor, and no soap was provided.

I arrived late in the evening hence the receptionist should have known about the last guest for that day. Still it took him five minutes to figure out which room to assign to me. Finally he gave me a room which was … already taken!!! Still the key card was able to open the room. Luckily the other guest wasn't in his room (despite the late evening). Guess what shock he/she had become when a stranger opens the room door late in the evening? The receptionist apologized but again needed 5min to figure out a new room. Simply UNPROFESSIONAL! Breakfast buffet in the morning was OK.
