I was looking for a get-away place within the city and couldn't have asked for a better place than Sofitel. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out - every service was top notch. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, staffs were super friendly, efficient and helpful and room service were prompt and delicious. I'm definitely making it a favorite staycation hotel

Overal we are satisfied . The room nicely decorated, good facilities. I hope maintenance and cleanliness can be maintained for the long run as we spotted quite a few dust on the lamps and some of the furnitures, maybe more attention can be made on the housekeeping. Coffee stain on the marble minibar top. Dining was good, reasonably priced.

Surprised I booked a room access to club, but was told not upon arrival. I did a reconfirmation during the check-out, still said no till I shared print-out I found shown I booked in for club access room. Then said yes you should have access - due to the system did reflects that. It is a disappointment.

A good and comfortable stay, would be better that service could be better in terms of room standards rendered for reservations as I was first booked thru Agoda and wanted to extend my stay but was told no rooms available, but when booked thru website, it is possible. Thus it would be better if this can be enhanced and be more consistent

Liked the ambience, convenience. But, did not like mess of the construction site nearby and the illegal parking in front of the site making driving a to and from the hotel a real problem. Also, did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking. Staff were very courteous but perhaps need a little more training for example when I enquired about parking I was given conflicting info. Rooms were comfortable, though the placement of the aircon vents make it quite difficult to sleep as the air was blown directly at us.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BIRTHDAY SURPRISE. THE SERVICE IS AS GOOD AS ALL OTHERS SOFITEL IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES. PERFECT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AT RESTAURANTS, FRONTDESK AND THE POOL. BOTH WESTERN AND CHINESE RESTAURANTS PROVIDED DELICIOUS DISHES, EXCEPT DESSERTS PROVIDED IN WESTERN RESTAURANTS. I THINK MORE DELECTABLE DESSERTS COULD BE PROVIDED. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE FACILITIES IN THE ROOMS ARE NOT VERY DURABLE. WHEN I WAS TAKING BATH, THE SOAP HOLDER FELL DOWN. WHEN I USED THE KEY TO OPEN THE DOOR, THE PLASTIC COVER OF THE DOOR LOCK CAME OFF. WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR WITH THE DOOR CHAIN, THE CHAIN COULD NOT ATTACHED TO THE DOOR. THE HOTEL LOOKS SO BRAND NEW BUT THE FACILITIES SEEMS TO BE EASILY BROKEN.

Overall, I am truly satisfied with the facilities, room and service were given to me. However, my check-in was not that pleasant as a lady staff sounded a bit rude "Are you staying in the hotel?" that was the response I got when I was enquiring on the membership. Nonetheless, i am still a guest there and no one should be treated as such - hotel's rating is high and this could jeopardise it. The other issue that I am concerned of is, apparently, there is no need to tap the card to proceed to your room floor. Which means, anyone could access your floor and this is a security issue. I hope that the hotel management is taking my feedback seriously as this does have an impact on my return to the hotel groups. thanks

Love the Room and the Staffs, Razman, Nurul and Farah were awesome at attending to all my needs. However, I can't help but noticed that the Food Quality at the Lounge have deteriorated very much since my last stay with you earlier this year. The Minute Steak was my favourite and to my great disappointment I was told this is already removed from your breakfast menu. Food spread for Breakfast and Cocktail Hour is also very low quality. Sushi spread was without any Fish, the only protein in there is Tamago. Another disappointment. You should also take serious look into the Fruit Flies infestation in your Lounge. I felt quite disgusted.

Great sized room, single bed was kinda small. Loved the small touches every service staff included like asking if i wanted a king bed even though I ordered a twin room. Wish i could have enjoyed the bath tub haha. The burger for room service was EXCELLENT. Breakfast was also really good. :D the coffee will keep me dreaming for days.

I am amazed on how the hotel welcome me. As this is my first time experience staying with Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara for my birthday celebration, I am impressed with the surprising welcome and room upgrades provided by the hotel. The hotel Guest Experience (Ms. Hanae) and colleagues have taken the effort in decorating the room with balloons, birthday cake, fruits, macaroons and bubble bath ready during my check in. I am amazed on how Sofitel pay detailed attention to their house guest. Thank you Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara, Accor Hotels and Le Club Accor for making my stay and birthday celebration a memorable one in KL. I will definitely consider staying back at this hotel for my future staycation.

I was delighted at the beginning as I was free upgraded to two Suites for me and my family members. If reference to local standard. This is definitely a real 5 star hotel, Modern architectural design, fast checkout service, very good model of 'hansgrohe' shower head with suitable water pressure which offering guest a perfect shower in shower cabin, quite and comfort AC; nice breakfast with variety selection; nice design of swimming pool, Wonderfull staff Mr. Rafiq in the pool bar, I spent a very enjoyable evening of 2 Aug 2019 at there with the welcome drink he made for me. If compare to my past experience with Sofitel in Europe. This KL Sofitel can only 'PASS' because of their peoples did not perform well in maintaining the reputation such as slow checkin, late welcome furit, dirty pillow cover, no water out at the shower of bath tub, toothpaste at the sink, no USB power out at the desk, cleaner dropped towel after cleaning. They fixed them when I experienced these one by one but the images of that top luxury brand were fully destroyed!
