Good Stay great location

The hotel is in an ideal location to shops bars restaurants and the sea front. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room had good facilities etc. However the mattress was for me a bit to firm and found the Room hot. Breakfast was good, a great choice. Other that, would I stay at the Mercure Hotel Oostende again, yes I would.

Easy to find, friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable beds, a good, hot shower. Car parking is simple, not on site, but, nearby. As always we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

A short but pleasant stay in a good hotel. Lovely room, pleasant staff. Only drawback is a check out at 11h, which is very early. Any other hotel I've ever stayed in has 12h as a check out time.
