Nice location, near a lot of commerce and public transportation. The room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was good, although it did lack some variety.

« Issues with air conditioner and door key »

I was changed rooms 4 times because air conditioners were not working properly or not working at all. Keys easily get demagnetized and therefore unable to open doors. If you are on a high floor, it will take you a bit of your patience to get back to reception and reset your keys. In addition, rooms' lighting are so poor!!

At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem with the air conditioner and keys, and prevent future occurrence. Last year we made some tests to address the lightning flaw, thankfully we got into a solution. At this point, 60% of the hotel received a new lightning point near to the windows of our rooms and we expect that until the end of this semester, 100% of our rooms has this issue resolved. I arrived early morning (i.e. before mid-day check-in) but staff were accommodating - I was invited to take breakfast and told that a room would be ready for me by 10am, which it was.

Good bed for sleeping but poor customer experience. I had to request many times for a working room key since continuously they were not working. Also I received a call for checking any mini bar request but this call was received after 9pm and I could have been sleeping already. The breakfast had a poor assortment of fruits

Accor Gold, attendant didn’t check it then took much more time filling docs. With warning that I had to pay for late check out( not true for Gold). Tiny rooms , dark illumination, no desk lamp and no face towel. They call “Studio”, is it an oxymoron for lumpen style? Too poor to be Accor. Only positive aspect the nice breakfast, surprisingly far better than highly priced Novotel Morumbi

Very well located and in general I stay there. Unfortunatelly Ibis decided to remove gym it had at rooftop, which provided wellness for those would like to workout. THis in opposite of all global trends focus on wellbeing and helth life. hope Accor Hotels can review this decision.
