The standard of the hotel is very good and you are made to feel special right from the moment you arrive. The room was of a good size, with very good bathroom facilities and the only negative to the room was the shortage of information about the hotel facilities, as there was no hotel brochure available. The breakfast choice was very good, although the hot food on the counter was not hot all and rather spoilt the enjoyment of breakfast on the first morning. After that I only used the continental breakfast options. The leisure facilities were quite good, however with the lack of information about them in the bedroom, it was not made clear how to book appointments, also the leisure staff were reluctant to assist in providing towels and use of the changing facilities. Front of house and reception staff were exceptional in guest relations.
