I did not feel comfortable because of the staff. One day I was sitting at the lobby, one of the employees headed towards me and asked me to put my leg down. That was too uncomfortable to me. I always was feeling that they are observing me and my family members.

-The staff were not friendly -2 rooms were not upgraded - I was NOT allowed to bring a guest for 30 min into my room at around 1pm. The receptionist asked for EUR 20 for my friend to come into my room for 30 min. - the rooms were not good at all as the best and pillows were not comfortable. I had neck pain from the pillows until now while writing this feedback. The cleaners stop cleaning after 3pm. They don't change my bed sheets as they use the same one everyday. Totally disappointed and would never come again to this location. Thank you very much. Hussain

It’s a nice hotel , the staff where very helpful, the room was clean, but the air conditioning was weak, not cold enough, they checked it and said it’s working okay , the food was good, the best was the coffee shop, but sadly they close on Monday.

I booked through Accor hotel application and I selected to pay at the hotel even though it is more expensive. my booking was cancelled before arrival and Miss Derya re-corrected this after calling her. in the day of arrival the front desk asked for more money than that specified by the application and after referring to confirmation sent before they adjusted the amount. on day of checkout, we left our rooms at 10 in the morning and the front desk informed me that I will receive an email from Accor hotel concerning used points during the reservation that were cancelled after you cancelled my reservation. I left my bags at the hotel and returned with the taxi at 4:45 to take my bags. the front desk informed me again that I need to reserve a new room so the hotel can receive the points I used for the reservation. this should have been done in the morning since the taxi charged me extra 50tL for waiting for around 30 minutes to finish this issue. the cancellation was your mistake and I was forced to bay more to the taxi and to be late to the airport. moreover, due to this mistake, I didn't receive any points from the stay at your hotel. most important when I reserve a king size bed I expect to have a king size mattress and NOT 2 Small one joined together in the same bed, this is not acceptable.
