Good ratio price/quality, friendly people at the check-in (Benmohammed from Kyrgyzstan), quite noisy (very thin walls, people talking loud in the square early in the morning)

I am a world traveler due to my job and i must admit this experience with u at the mercure Bomonti Istanbul was one of the most worse! It was just a nightmare with your reception staff,specially the Turkish guy was so unprofessional and rude ! I definitely will not recommend u and will also write a feedback to the social media’s as well! Never again ! Thx you for just a experience!!!!

the experience was good. The most annoying thing were the other gest at the hotel, shouting and complaining nonsese to the staff. For the staff, at check in the lady was more focused in her Whatsapp than anything else, didnt explain anything about the services. And in a not good mood. For check out there was another gest complaining and all the staff in the reception talking in turkish while openly making fun of her, and laughing. This is rude, even if she was not rigth.

« Paid extra money for a so called welcome package which is nothing »

I booked two rooms, with the welcome package and free upgrade, but for some reasons the hotel gave me two different rooms I size, although I paid the same for both. In addition, the air conditioning didn't work for the entire stay of five days. The hotel staff are not friendly. Frankly speaking the only thing that worth the money was the breakfast. Overall experience, I will never book again through Accor Hotels, at least not the same hotel.

There was no complimentary water and tea bags available for the nights I stayed. Once I complained the night shift manager was there by accident and offered me a fruit basket to apologize and made me forget about the negative effect of it. When the first morning I went to breakfast, the manager in charge said I had to pay for it as I booked without breakfast which was not true. Good that I had booking mail ready with me. Although he said it in a very nice way I was a kind of disturbed and disappointed. Then again once he saw the booking mail he was very nice to me to win my heart which he did.

I usually chose Accor Hotels because the service is consistent. The room was of poor quality and it smelled like someone had smoked in it. I requested that my room should be a non smoking room and despite my request for a different room the reception instisted that it was a non smoking room. I booked a city view room but I didn't get one...

I had a lovely stay at this hotel . The reception staff were very helpful. I arrived early and they helped me check in before the standard check in time . My room was clean , lovely comfortable bed . Great to have a large bathroom with a bathtub. Overall very impressed.

« The only good thing was location »

There was a smell in the room. Check in and check out times were extra slow. Bathroom was average clean. Autopark was expensive and my car was driven by 16 y.o staff. Not a good experience at all. Not suggestible

The location is good, room is not as clean as it supposed to be, autopark was terrible and expensive. The hotel is full of arabic tourist which cause a lot of noise. Our check in took 20 minutes and we waited for the check out about 10 minutes just for confirmation of mini bar usage!! Briefly, I will not prefer the mercure hotels anymore.

« Not very clean rooms »

In general my staying was ok. During check in I received the upgraded room to Superior but the only difference with Standard was the plate with fruits. The room was not clean enough especially carpet, tables. Bathroom looks old but was almost clean. My advise to administration - before providing the room to the guest - check it! I’ve been in different Mercure chain hotels and this is the worst in terms of clean rooms.

İ am a guide who brought a group to your hotel and upon arrival the receptionist named omer i believe was extremely unproffessional and rude about which i made two oral complaints to relevant departments i believe that being said rest of the staff and experience was very very good

Great stay at mercure bomonti, well located with public transportation, lively neighbourhood with local people. If you do not want to stay in the touristic district but still reach it easily this is your place.

We stayed with my husband at the room for 2 and booked it in advance. However when checking in the towels and all the amenities were only for 1 person. Housekeeping was not good. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. One day they forgot to clean up garbage, the next day forgot to refresh the water. During our stay we had an issue, and asked 3 different persons from the Front desk for the help, and all of them gave us totally different answers. When trying to solve an issue at the checking out, the same happened. Also we had issue with pre-authorized amount. The amount was blocked for more than 2 weeks. A week after the check-out I wrote an email to the hotel explaining the situation and asking for clarification. Despite more than 3 weeks has passed, there is still no reply. Good that we kept all the receipts and tried to solve the issue through the bank. Overall not recommended.

« MOST horrifying stay and terrible place »

This place is very bad. The room they put us in is had mold everywhere. The bathroom smelt so bad i cant even begin describe it. The radiator had a wooden cover and it was broken all the dust and spiders behind it was visible it was an absalute nightmare. I cant imagine how this place is a mercure hotel. Ive never stayed in a place this bad and ot did effect our holiday majorly considering we meeded to stay in that room. We went out to the hospital and came back to find our room door left wide open. All our items were in that room. I was so angry with this i called the reception. They sent their security guard TIMUR upstairs within 5 minutes and he was so rude. Clearly no customer service training has been provided to these people.He said his checked the cameras in 5 minutes which is bu’’sh’’.We did not feel safe at all.....He was so rude, he said im here to help you by raising his voice. You can imagine how upset we was finding out the maid left our room door open a room that has all our belongings in. Their excuse was the doors play up sometimes because theyre really old. Like seriously? I requested for our room to be changed and they mever cared enough to change our room or anything. I have asthma, i cant be mear mold and for that reason i couldnt even shower in that room. This was so upsetting. We went to a local spa everyday and took showers there. They are cheap for a reason and i seriously would not recommend this place. Im suprised they passed the inspection to become a Mercure Hotel franchise. They need to be inspected and honestly be povided a proper security So they know and understand that the service they provide includes making their guests feel safe.I asked for no one to enter our room. Not even the maids. The very next day we came back, suprise surprise someone had entered again.This place is NO mercure hotel. Its a fake establishment that just brought the name. Its a horrible place.

Pity, this nicely decorated hotel could be a great place to stay, but there are too many small failures and some of the personnel is absolutely not service minded. Not 5 stars, for service a 3 star level

Good Hotel with a brilliant Customer Service. Guest Relation Officer( Ms Satiya) was very Helpful. Hotel has a minor Electric issue but was solved immediately. Great Housekeeping Service. Value for money
