Great staff. Very helpful. Nice rooms and a great location in the heart of Bogota. Easy, safe walking to good restaurants. Some improvement of the gym facilities would be good. At least need some free weights and some floor space for stretching and abs.

« Convenient, functional and safe »

Located in an up-market suburb within easy walking distance of smart shopping centres, embassies and a selection of decent cafes, bars and restaurants. Current building site out-front suggests the neighbourhood will soon be even more pleasant. Comfortable, spacious room (no disturbance from building site in side-facing room), though bathroom fittings in need of maintenance. Room equipped with a capsule coffee machine. Varied but somewhat restricted choice at breakfast, coffee from a machine. Helpful staff, excellent airport pick-up service. Would stay again, for convenient and safe location.

We stopped 11nights at this hotel, unfortunately in front was a building site!! They were digging up the roads and pavement to presumably to improve the surfaces. This meant dust, noise and taxis could not get to the hotel. Whilst we were searching of our taxi we got scamed by bogus policemen who took our cash, Also rooms noisy as bedroom doors were being shut with very strong door closers. Hotel were adding at least 20% onto the actual cost of a taxi if they booked it for you.

I know the construction outside can cause inconvenience regarding noise and dust. However, I would like to inform you that it will end during the next weeks, and our location will officially be part of the "Zona Rosa" from Bogota. Regarding the taxis from the hotel, this a third party company that gives services only for tourism purposes and prices variety, however the hotel can also help you with hiring yellow cab services in order to fulfill your needs anytime. Overall, the hotel is fine for a business trip and the location is relatively good with restaurants around it. I would have liked to have seen a slightly more complete (more hot protein, other than eggs) breakfast. The staff was friendly. I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned or shampoo replenished 1 day but I know I could have asked for more. The soap dish was kind of funny and not very stable, at the bathroom sink. I was glad there was an iron and ironing table available.

Everyone was kind and friendly. The location was good and the room was quiet. Our stay would have been more enjoyable and restful if the bed was more comfortable. It was just too hard!!

The personnel was very good and welcoming. However, the issue we had was teh work in the street strating at 5AM to 7PM and this was really annoying. Also, as most places in Bogota, the hotel did not have an heating/ AC system and it since the days were cold, it was very cold in the room. Thank you, Philippe

one of the most deception hotel experience, reception people are not cute and security people also and they way that you put the mini bar and snacks products it is like a joke, you put several products just to force a sale, a totally kind of deception, but the worst was the reception person (Giancarlo Rivera) he beieved that he is the hotel owner as the same the security Guard named Yimi or something like that, hoping no to back to that kind of servce that you have, the only good thing that you have is the breakfast, because you don't even have air and weather in your rooms, and the noise it was horrible in the nights.

Hotel and room were clean (toilet brush and kleenex tissue box I would have appreciated). Staff was friendly and helpful. On Sunday, room was made up quite late and only after I had complained it.
