The young children staying in the room I believe that adjoined ours were noisy. They could be heard through the locked door between our room and theirs. Also, people talking in the hall as they went to their room could be easily heard.

I stay at your hotel almost every month but since Accor has become the dominant brand the level of special guest has diminished greatly. I am also a bonvoy member and am strongly considering moving to the Ritz Carlton for future stays. Your door, valet and bell staff are all excellent but it’s not special any longer.

Very nice hotel. Our AC didn’t work properly after many requests to fix. Our hall smelled like smoke. Our shower didn’t drain properly so we showered in a pool of water.

I visited Boston to attend a business matter and go to a Red Sox game. Upon arrival at the Fairmont I was greeted by one of the Valet drivers. I didn't catch his name , but I believe it began with a "W". He gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The same gentleman greeted us when we checked out and assisted us with luggage. He made us feel very welcomed and was a great ambassador for the Fairmont. We stayed on the 4th floor and as always the "A-team"of Ajla, Rudy, Jay and Gilbert gave us first class treatment and attended to all our needs. We were also greeted by Jamie in the Lobby (he must have a encyclopedic memory as he greeted us by our names)..
