« Amazing - So many things to do. »

The Manoir is just wow....beautiful outside and inside. Food was great at the Table & Terroir. We played golf , however, only 9 holes due to the fog.. We walked all over, went to the casino..... ALL GREAT...Awesome experience

« Convenient and easy check-in. »

Love the easy online check-in and just grabbing the keys at the front bellman. The place is clean and beautiful surroundings. Peaceful, quiet little section of Quebec. One disappointment is that one of the water glass that came with the in-room dining had a small chip and almost cut my son’s lips as he drank from it. Perhaps check the plates, cutleries, glasses before using to serve food and beverages before sending up to guest rooms.

It was pleasant. with the exeption of the payments at the check out time of which they made a mistake of calculating the balance ,and also, while I paid off every things with the casino credit & cash,there is still pending transaction in my credit card for a week now !. By the way, this is not the first time these kind of error happened in your hotel.

All was good except that we had no stand to put our suitcase on. Had to put it n the bed and remove it many times. Same as in bathroom no place to put anything. Would of needed s chair or something. Other then that we loved our stay. We'll be back

« Could have been better »

When we arrived we were assigned a room which hadn't been cleaned. Secondly we waited over 2 hours for our luggage to arrive to the room. I called a couple times and then they suggested that I go down to speak to the person in charge. Finally, there's what not enough staffing to serve the people at or around the bar. Long delays. I've been at your hotel on numerous times but this is the first disappointing experience. The front counter staff were great and tried to do their best.

« Don’t need to post this online but had too many comments to fit here. »

Nice hotel and amenities, would have appreciated more information on check in about available activities such as pool, fishing, biking, hiking trails, classes like yoga etc , restaurants. The walking trails and pool were amazing! Also we did not receive directions to our room on check in, which was confusing when we were looking in the wrong building! And we did not receive any new toiletries for our family of five on one tiny shampoo bottle, although this was remedied on the third day with a call to housekeeping. The room itself was very nice and spacious for the family suite.

The concierge, Marie-France, was extremely helpful guiding us to activities in the region. We loved the experience staying at the hotel that we stayed five nughts (2 nights we were guests of the casino). The hotel room was nice and clean.

Nice property overlooking the St Lawrence river - especially from the outside Breakfast was far from being 5 stars compared with other hotels we stayed at. A bit old fashioned in the rooms too. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery of La Malbaie. Loyalty programme: did not feel really recognised as a Platinum member

Many activities to do on site. Casino, hiking, biking, pools. gym. You could easily spend several days there without even leaving the grounds. The small campfire just outside the hotel at night is really nice too. ( made some smores one night! :) ) Staff was super friendly and polite. Would definitely go back.

« Service was indifferent at best in most places we visited and inefficient at worst »

The hotel was so busy in most places that it appeared staff did not care about the overall guest experience. I would expect at the prices charged that service would be impeccable. From bellman giving incorrect information and indifferent service to restaurants and bars extremely slow to clear tables or attend to guests, we were very disappointed

I checked in on my iphone. I got a text to collect my key from the bell man. When I arrived, and checked with the bellman, They did not have the key. I went to the front desk, the key was not ready. They had to issue a new key. I ordered room service, and not all the food came at the same time. They forgot part of the orders.
