Overall excellent accommodations with friendly staff. Food quality in the restaurants was very good. The hotel is very clean. Only complaint is at the bar, for the cost of the drinks, they are pretty small.

Great frontline service. From the concierge, to front desk but especially the bellman (Danny) and the older guy. Tremendous!! Food and beverage was pricey especially the pool bar. Otherwise fantastic.

To whom it Concerns, It was only upon this cancellation were we ever told there was a fee for YOUR cancellation. We were told at time of booking, that if WE cancelled within 24 hours we loose all money, over 24 hours, we would be charged the $5.00 cancellation fee. When we got our notice, within less than 24 hours I might add, you really have nerves, I went to the Concierge at the Hamilton, who was absolutely useless. The only person at that hotel that new what she was doing is Jessica, who wasn't there at the time. I wasn't going to make a seen and wanted to enjoy the rest of my vacation, without letting you screw it up. You think you are going to charge us because we were the only ones willing to go on your cruise? Stupid B.'s, you want to come on my cruise so I will cancel and charge you for it? I think not. The ORDACITY FOR YOU TO CHARE US FOR YOU CANCELLING IS DISGUSTING, AND YOU DID IT PER PERSON, SO YOU CHARGED US $10.00 FOR YOUR CANCELLING. I will not have this. You will reimburse me the full amount. I am disputing the bill. We have absolutely nothing telling us that you would charge us regardless. We only got that portion of it after the fact, after you had already cancelled. NOT ONLY WILL I DISPUTE THE CHARGES, BUT I WILL BE ALL OVER TWITTER AND FACE BOOK TELLING PEOPLE YOU CHARGE PEOPLE AND CANCEL AT WILL, AND CHARGE THEM FOR YOUR CANCELATIONS. I can see why no one wanted to go on your cruise. I will also be sending this copy to my credit card company. Reimburse us immediately.

Lovely resort complex with fantastically friendly bell and service staff. Great restaurants and stunning harbour vista. Really made up for the poor room with queen instead of king, and bed and breakfast rate which didn't appear on reservation.

Thought that overall experience was not up to the standard that we expected or have experienced in the past with other Fairmont locations. One glaring example was our request for a microwave - we called three times and spoke to someone at the front desk once to request it. Not only was the request not followed through, the representatives were not at all apologetic about the issue.

Right from the start we were greeted with big, warm smiles and welcomes from the doormen. In fact, every time we returned to the hotel from an excursion we were welcomed back like family. Sean checked us in and made sure we had all our questions answered in order to make the most of our stay. Not only that anytime he saw us walk through the lobby he made sure to say hello and check in with us about our stay. While we chose not to get daily maid service the maids working on our floor checked in with us frequently to make sure we had the water, coffee, towels and anything else we needed. Their cheerful greetings each time we left our room or came back made us feel very welcome. We visited the private beach several times and had the pleasure of being driven by Jose. Jose became like our personal tour guide making sure to share with us the sites we needed to see, pointing out places of interest as he drove us back and forth, checking in each day to see how our trip was going. His positive, helpful and friendly approach was icing on the cake.

Accommodating with early check in but staff didn’t know what to tell you half the time. Checking in they couldn’t explain WiFi quickly, door guy expected everyone to greet him, and even though I poured my own water, orange juice, and got my own food at the breakfast buffet I was required to pay 17% tip. I think allocating an area where you don’t need service for breakfast or giving me the option to turn down service for breakfast would have been nice. If you’re requiring me to pay tip on a $31 buffet then lower the price of the buffet. The first day I had zero service the second day they brought by a coffee pot...

The Hamilton Princess is a five star resort with so much to do and class A service. The staff are friendly and very helpful at all times. The facility is beautiful and we loved the private beach. The location is perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants to shops. We had a great time renting a twizy at the hotel for 1 day.

The hotel was really nice and we loved how kid friendly it was. We have a one year old who loved the platform in the pool with sprinklers. Restaurants were high quality with it being great that our 1 year old ate for free. Beach was incredible and I loved the ratio of staff to patrons.
