Way to expensive Buffet breakfast was terrible Food market is overpriced Our room did not get cleaned until 5pm Valet parking attendant are extremely greedy, the attendant would not give me my car keys until I tipped him, he literally snatched $20 out of my hand Will never again stay at your hotel!

It was nice, as usual, but I had sent a Guaranteed Best Price claim when I booked, and I never received a reply. I always prefer to deal directly with Fairmont, or I would have booked at the lower price.

Possibly the best hotel stay in all my years. Rooms were super clean and hotel is beautiful. Also my son turned 1 during our stay and Cesar went above and beyond sending up a card, some balloons, and cake. He’s only 1 but I can tell he appreciated it lol. Thank you Cesar!

We were delighted with our stay in Montreal at the Fairmont Elizabeth. The suite we booked was a nice size for a family of four and the extra bonus was two bathrooms. The pool area and gym were clean and well kept. Every staff member we came across was helpful and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed with the lobby ambience. And the staff at the desk although helpful did not have the attire and grooming expected of a five star hotel. Also our room was quite disappointing. Not a give star feeling. Very dark and decor seemed like a furniture showroom.

« Confusion with reservation system »

As the email request for this survey still suggests the name on the account is incorrect. This still stems from a stay at the Royal York in which I booked a room for my father as a gift (Roy O.). I am NOT Roy O., but this somehow continues to be linked to my account. It is very frustrating to not receive recognition for loyalty and to show up with wrong name on system. To this day it continues to be an issue, despite numerous phone calls. I had to change my booking, I used the app to do so and arrived with two separate bookings. This again lead to confusion on arrival. Finally I had meetings all day and was flying out to Boston later in the day. I find it disappointing that I had to pay to have my bag stored for the day. I have stayed at many Fairmont properties and this fee seems really petty. Ever since Accor taking over the reservation system has been a disaster, the loyalty benefits are diminished and my experience is not the same. Michael O. Member# 30…1859 4

We were eager to stay at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth after hearing so much about the renovations. We were impressed with the design upon arrival, though disappointed that our greeting was not the level we usually would expect. We were not given assistance or greeted at the door, even though staff was outside, and the automatic doors were giving trouble. The staff watched but did not offer aid. Inside the desk staff was lovely and the lobby beautiful. Our room was well appointed and spacious, however the welcome amenities promised on booking were not provided. The bed was gorgeous and we slept well. The next day and those following, the public areas of the hotel were uncomfortably crowded, with waits for the elevators and a lineup for the front desk that reached to the doors (this was 9 pm on Saturday night). This crowding lasted through the weekend, and may have been why we then noticed the cleaning of our room was not done with the same care (coffees not restocked, etc.) Overall we were happy with our stay but felt it fine, rather than what we’d expect from this family of hotels.
