Dear Mr. and Mrs. M., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Fairmont Winnipeg. At Fairmont Gold at The Fairmont Winnipeg we all take great pride in providing our guests with the highest standards of service, therefore once more time I am very sorry to learn that we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion regarding our room product and cleanliness; please allow me to express my sincere apologies and reassure you that our Management and Housekeeping department has been notified so they can rectify the problem. Thank you for caring about our product enough to provide feedback on our pitfalls. Thus, allowing us to improve upon them. On the other hand thank you for kind words regarding Aarsh and myself we will be sure to celebrate (I personally know this will make his day because it made mine ).
