We were well looked after, the staff on floor 19 were very accommodating. Compared to other 5 star establishment in other countries, some of the decor looks shabby.

Everything was at high level. We only miss a downtown view at night, no access to any open deck. This should be a top attraction, bar or restaurant.

It was great. Staff are friendly and responsive. Location is excellent and the view was awesome. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The only issue is delay in getting the rooms upon arrival and unavailable connecting rooms or nearby rooms which we asked previously at booking time.

Enjoyed staying however the upgrade price is not justified nor the comtted services were fulfilled. In addition, room service has to be improved. Room was declared as non smoking however bathrom and toilets had a very strong smell of smoke!

I had issue and i was in touch with most of staff in the hotel to sort out issue it was such a dissater for me to go to the receiption to answer my email at mid night, i been sufring for 3 days in my suite after the it was fix.

« I thought it was mediocre. »

People working at your hotel are great and they tried to accommodate us. When we arrived computers were down and we had to wait for over an hour. In the evening we wanted to eat locally at the hotel, but found out that main restaurant is closed, while kitchen was open. We tried to go to jazz club, nobody was there and sushi bar was closed. We ended up going back to the lounge restaurant and waiters were great. They managed to get us food from the main kitchen.

« The best place to stay in Baku »

We have stayed in Fairmont Baku 2 times. We even do not want to explore other hotels, even there are big names as well in the city. This hotel is amazing, clean, has wide corridors, lots of sun light. even standard rooms are quite big to feel comfortable. One important point for me is that it is possible to open a part of window in the room; fresh air is always nice :) SPA in the hotel is also great, indoor and outdoor pools. Also, I would like to mention the changing room in SPA area. It is extremely well equipped and great organised. So, the overall impression is 10+. Thanks to the hotel staff for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

Quite good. However, The fairmont Ambience that I am use to wasn't quite there-this I ascribed to the fact that the Flame Towers project is not quit completed yet. I got a very warm welcome from the receptionist and the bell men as well as the conciege.

I was in Baku to attend a conference. The Fairmont at the Flaming Towers are the most iconic buildings in the city sitting a top a hill visible on the Baku skyline. I found the hotel to be of exceptionally high grade; the interiors were opulent and quite contemporary. The bedroom was well appointed and loaded with amenities and state-of -the-art automation. Breathtaking panoramic views from the curtain walls, which had automated sheer and blackout blinds. The bathrooms were spacious and had a tv embedded in the large mirror. The bars and restaurants had a good assortment of drinks as well as local and intercontinental cuisine. Overall quite an impressive experience.
