Good, though the closed larger pool for an event meant that we could not find chairs at the smaller pool, which was fairly disappointing as we had just one day there. Also the lack of being able to use my points at check-out as informed when booking was disappointing but Vanentin calle dmd the next day and we sorted this out.

We had a 3d stay and were not imprrssed by the service in the hotel. The fact that the fitness opens at 9 or 10 am on week-end is unacceptable. On monday we wanted to rest at the adult pool without children but a swimming lesson was given with a really loudy teacher. One night i asked for water by Phone but no one came and finally in the middle of the afternoon even if the privacy sign was on, the houskeeping went in the room. I have only been in Fairmont Bali before and was expecting a high level of service but it fall short here The concierge was really helpfull though.

« Lots of maintenance issues with the room and need to be moved. The second room still had maintenance issues such as a blocked drain and door keys. »

Noisy as not advised when booking the room or check in there was a fitness convention and the pool area was unavailable for a day for the convention. These guests also took over the second pool so we were left with no pool. On our return to the hotel it would have been nice to have a glass of water due to the heat but that was not an option. Several other hotel in Europe offer cold water as complementary.

Started very poorly. 30min wait to check in. Allocated room on lowest floor, even though a platinum member, repeat customer and other rooms available. After asking duty manager were offered room next level up with better view, however toilet leaked and air conditioning was faulty.

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont. Location was fantastic and staff were incredibly hospitable. We got a bottle of wine and lovely chocolates in the room waiting for us upon check in. I really enjoyed this absolutely stunning property and we were given a room upgrade when we arrived. I had one issue when we were there but it was resolved quite quickly with the help of Mar. She really went above and beyond to make myself and my family feel comfortable. The only small things which I would mention for improvement - Carpets in places were dirty with a few stains, we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, the room was incredibly hot when curtains were opened, AC seemed a little unpredictable. The check in took quite a while and was very busy On the good side - Staff were among the best I had experienced at an Accor property. Mar in particular was beyond helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, property itself was beautiful, concierge extremely helpful, amenities in the bathrooms were amazing

You need to have a lot of time to queue for check in, to queue to the concierge desk, and at the valet for your car. It’s looks like you have to do the job of staff to manage your stuff (luggage, cars, invoices) because nothing can follow you seamlessly. All the process is very complicated. Normally when you arrive in 5 stars hotel the staff can managed everything for you car, luggage check in without your involvement. Not in this hotel. Not possible to stay anymore in this hotel because we waste a lot of time to find the right process. Too complicated
