The hotel is lovely. The front desk staff were lovely but seemed very confused and reserved about our reservation of two rooms and said they had to "check with the manager as they were not sure of the rooms"

Very comfortable bedroom and bed. One minor problem - not sure if we were using it correctly but the coffee came out of the coffee machine (in the bedroom) luke warm. Cocktail bar is exceptional as is the breakfast. On the whole a very enjoyable stay

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this two night stay will stay with us forever. The hotel was magnificent the staff were that classic mix of friendly and professional, they could not do enough for us and as the weekend was my wife’s 50th birthday, she was made to feel very special.

Good I did not know it was a Club Accor hotel. I thought it was a Fairmont Hotel (and if Fairmont is part of Accor, I didn't know that either). If I had known I would have asked to see if there were any Accor points arising from my stay as I am a member of Accor hotels.

Overall a lovely experience at a beautiful hotel but with a few anomalies The toilet in room 432 looked like it had been used and not flushed on our arrival(yellow water). In addition, the t.v in this room repeatedly turned itself on throughout the night which led to a disrupted nights sleep for members of our party. I was unable to access the plug to turn it off completely. The vegetarian breakfast was poor. One mushroom and half a tomato on a vegetarian breakfast! We also would have liked complimentary water in our rooms. All things considered, our party of 5 enjoyed our stay but in view of the cost should not have encountered these issues.

We arrived Saturday afternoon with a warm welcome! Our room was immaculate, classy & cosy. Lunch was delicious in the restaurant.. followed by a birthday meal in the Savoy Grill with family! My steak was cooked to perfection.. all round a memorable experience.
