We were met, and escorted to reception where necessary details noted, and then escorted to our room With very little fuss in remarkably quick time. Staff were always very helpful, which made us feel welcome, and at ease.

A special weekend was ruined by old dirty bed sheets in our room , hairs around the sink/bathroom and after a request of a room with a feeling of being enclosed and dark we where given the same suite as last time and no options to change after we called down. After reporting the dirty linen it was changed and bathroom was cleaned but to come back and find we are sorry not and a bottle of hand wash/gel in a small bag on the bed for us we found this very very patronizing really hand wash is saying what to us ? if we had known better it may have been for us to replace the bottles in the foyer toilets as it is the same products ! we then called down for night room service food that he had to return due to be tough and cold, i must say it sounds all very terrible and it was .. we were extremely disappointed in our regular customers of the fair mount savoy and we wine /dune within every time we visit and to have this many issues and nothing really resolved quickly or even asked to sit down by one of the team it was left to us to mention on exit. To this moment all i have had from the hotel is a reminder to comment on my experience and nothing personally to call us and speak on the matters so i fell i will have to submit it in this way and maybe later consider social media as i feel a well paying /regular customer / client the service and the followups are below as to what anybody would expect from one of London leading hotels.

Overall good experience. extremely inspiring and fantastic environment. Complicated check in and out process with little value add, could be more customer focused (easy). To rigid access to bar, resturants ect., does not reflect other hotel standards.

I was contacted twice regarding the person who was accompanying me on this trip, Herr F.. I also indicated that he would take the Junior Suite and I (Keith T.) would take the standard room. However, there was still confusion at check in where I was at first allocated the wrong room. The check-in was not helped by the fact that the terminal at which we first sat was not working and then original person had to hand over the check-in procedure as they were called away. Having noted the above and the fact you are addressing this email using my guest's name, I suggest that your administration could be improved somewhat. Overall the stay was quite pleasant. The rooms were modern, clean and well serviced, public spaces more than adequate and all staff were very attentive and polite. Despite checking my spam folder, at this time, I have still not received an email with the invoice for this stay.
