As a British citizen & Fairmont member it is a little irksome being asked for a passport on check in. however i quickly for got about it as its lovely to be back at the Savoy. the only negative is every room should have a full length mirror. the need to check yourself before you leave your room is a necessity for most i would have thought.

The Savoy experience really lived u to its name ! Nothing was too much, the staff made us feel so special and treated with great respect. I just loved the whole time, room service, Butler, use if the pool, but mostly the use of the Rolls Royce .

Very beautiful hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and the service is impeccable. This is our second time at the Savoy and plan to return again. The theaters are close by all other attractions are walking distance. The rooms are generous in size and always immaculate. There are nice restaurants and cozy bars in hotel,nice pool and exercise room complete with sauna. This hotel is lavishly decorated and service and friendliness is top notch!

From the moment first contact was made via email to our departure, my family's experience and 5-day stay at The Savoy was absolutely top notch! Very courteous, polite, professional but warm staff who all went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. Excellent reception and front door team. The hotel's interior and our Junior suite was very clean, comfortable, tastefully updated and decorated while retaining its classic charm and offering all the modern conveniences. Food and beverage at Kaspar's, Thames Foyer and room service, as well as drinks/cocktails at the American Bar were all delicious, executed flawlessly, with great service. Very helpful and effective concierge team who helped us revise and secure reservations at fully-booked restaurants. We cannot recommend The Savoy highly enough! Bravo and thank you to the entire Savoy team!

I brought my daughter to Europe to celebrate her college acceptance. While I have been to London several times, this was her first experience. She enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Savoy. The experience was as great as we remembered it to be and reaffirms our choice to always stay at the Savoy when we are in London. From the moment we drove in, the doorman (Special mention to Rob) recognized us from 2 years ago and welcomed us back! The room was well prepared and the simple touches for our daughter Sienna was really what made good great! However we did think that the waffle ordered for breakfast one of the mornings was sub-par and unexpected though. Overall, fantastic as always and would definitely be back whenever we're in London.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Savoy. The room was very clean and the wall color give the room a warm and cozy feel to it. We did not miss our home which is a first for us. My son truly enjoy the scrumptious breakfast and room service. The staff were professional, always pleasant and easy to speak with, very knowledge and they went above and beyond to accommodate and please their guest. They took great pride in their work and it shows. I love that about them. There is an ad for the Savoy that says “you don’t stay at the savoy the Savoy stays with you” . Upon check-in was greeted most warmly by the staff, somehow knew my name - such a nice personal touch. Room was amazing, bags were delivered staff was so attentive. Lunch at Simpson - service was the best I have ever had, I travel the globe and have the pleasure of eating in fine establishments.... the spent 20 minutes talking with us about different drinks and food and was very charming and had a unique style. Lucas I believe was his name. The room was stunning great view of the Thames, Chandler, soaking tub....all was very very special.
