It was the second time for me at the Fairmont Hotel. The breakfast is rather expensive but overall, the hotel is very nice and the staff extremely helpful and kind.

One of us got sick and had to stay in the room during our entire two-night stay. Your staff was very accommodating. You are aware of the construction. It made for a disappointing view, but of course it's temporary.

Concerning the project that unfold close to the hotel and for information, please note that in 2017, the Government of the Principality of Monaco launched the project of the porter's cove sea extension. This project will allow the construction of 65,000 m sq. platform that will extend from the Larvotto / Grimaldi Forum beaches to the Porter roundabout, just next to the Fairmont Monte Carlo. Declared to be of national interest, it planned for several workshops for the protection of the environment which ended by the end of 2017. The main work to be developed has now started on the left of our hotel, when we look at the sea. The prime contractor Bouygues illustrates on a dedicated website the major stages of this ambitious adventure that you can follow on http://www.bouygues-construction.com/en/monaco. « Amazing »

Experience was great. Hotel is in a great location with great facilities and lovely breakfast. The Saphir bar was lively in the evening too. Rooms were a bit tired but clean and spacious and we enjoyed the balcony over the hairpin corner. We also got engaged that weekend so will be a special place for us.

Upon my arrival, I was given an upgrade to a ocean view room. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I had lunch at the Zephir bar and dinner was brought to my room within minutes of calling for room service. I can’t wait to be back!!

« Wonderful stay! Lovely staff and facilities! »

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff were so lovely, the rooms and facilities were nice and clean and of a good standard. We enjoyed using the spa and gym. Beautiful views of the sea from our sea-view balcony and location was great. The only improvement would be more vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast and in the hotel restaurants. But overall we would most definitely recommend this hotel and if I were to visit Monaco again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, and the Concierge Staff are excellent - but no other staff (Front Desk, Saphyr Bar, Nobu) are any good. The room needs to be modernized.

« Slightly overrated experience »

Concierge, front desk, lounge, FnB, gym and spa staff were all attentive and great however as the arrival was on a weekend after a long flight and with no complimentary bottled water upon arrival and everything was about prices, it completely loses it’s charm as a hotel. It felt posh but not thoughtful enough for first time visitors, as this wasn’t my first time, I somehow felt let down as well. Other than that, the room was great, amenities great. Also the food at the lounge was bad, had the pasta and couldn’t even finish the third bite
