Me and my family had a wonderful time stayin in the hotel. Duty Manager mr. Nylson was very nice and helpful. Wrong billing to my room disturbed me(80 chf. For breakfast) which I did not eat. They did that four times. Room #218 needs to be refurbished.

It has been the 3rd time in less then a year that me and my wife stayed at the Fairmont Montreux Palace. I think this should say enough. Like always we felt really welcome in this lovely place and the stuff was really lovely and forthcoming. It was definitely not the last time we have spent some great moments in this hotel

Very exclusive and luxury feel, breakfast was very good and we had a beautiful room overlooking the lake. We also thought the spa was one of the best we have ever been too, we had massages and they were very good. Also very impressed with the banqueting facilities

Wonderful luxury- we were really impressed with every aspect of our stay. Warm and friendly welcome and great service throughout. The room was spacious and had a great view - the only downside were a few maintenance issues like the bathroom door not fitting correctly! However, this did not detract from our stay. Breakfast was a fantastic selection which we really enjoyed each day and dinner at the MP’s was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel is in a great location and I would completely recommend it.

We really enjoyed it, slight issue with turndown service. The DND seems to come on automatically if you take the energy saving card out... so i room was not done, this was a problem with the kids at 10pm at night.
