I was at your hotel for a conference and the entire stay was really outstanding. the room was terrific, customer service was on point and the proximity of everything was just terrific. I enjoyed the stay very very much. I travel a lot and I can definitely say that your operation is a cut above!

« That was possibly the worst hotel I have been at in my entire life, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. »

Words can't express how terrible it was staying there. Specifically, my room was just disgusting. - First thing I noticed was the bathroom countertop had not been cleaned, full of water/other spots from the previous guest - One towel in the bathroom - Shower curtain was covered in mold/mildew. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? Clear indicator of sustained neglect and poor housekeeping over many months, it would take a long time for that much mold to grow. What does that imply about the cleanliness of the rest of the room? - And how does a room this expensive still have a shower curtain? Shouldn't it be a walk in, or have glass or something? And it wasn't a nice curtain to begin with. Was completely jenky, barely hanging up by maybe half the hooks that it was designed for. - Could have stayed at a Super8 for a month for the price of this overpriced dump. - But what about the location? That means nothing when your view is some dank roof. - Room AC unit was either not working properly, or under-designed from the beginning. It would not cool off the entire time I was there. - Just miserable hot in the room the whole time, oppressively hot. - Also, the lamp on the desk has no regular power outlets, and there are none close. Difficult to charge a laptop off of a USB. Just a terrible design. I was there for a Cambium event, and Cambium ended up paying for the rooms for my company. So I got the room for free, and it was still too expensive. I have shared my disgust with Cambium (and the pics I took) and have strongly recommended they avoid this hotel for future events, for the sake of the everyone's health. Your company should be embarrassed and ashamed. I will curse you, and use you as an example of poor quality for the rest of my life.

« Nice Hotel but not a great hotel »

Hotel is nice but they miss on a few things. Room they gave me had not been vacuumed and had an air purifier going presumably to remove odors from previous guest. Instead of knocking housekeeping walked in on me. I assume because they thought the room was empty. Big miss for what wants to be a nicer Chicago hotel. Credits for no housekeeping point of sale is misleading. Says $10 a night with 2 night stay or more. So I stay 2 nights but only get $10 not $20 credit. When I inquire they say the first night my room was cleaned? Well duh... I wasn't the one dirtied it? Should be transparent. Stull like that makes me cringe when paying big bucks for rooms.

The room was well appointed. The bathroom was very modern looking but the toilet seat was unacceptable. The hotel staff were very pleasant, but I wish they had seen on my reservation that I'm allergic to pillows with down or feathers on them.

Staff were friendly but they did not vary from the company line. My room was not available when I checked in, not an issue, I was to be contacted when it was ready via text. I did not receive that text until after 5 pm, I was already in my room.

Overall good. Issues or suggestions. You need to staff your lobby bar better, Not enough personnel and sometimes slow service; particularly in the AM and PM? Check in day, room not ready, although they moved quickly to get it ready. Check in found me a quiet room on a higher floor, which I really appreciate!

The woman who checked me in was great. I've worked at many hotels and stayed in many hotels and she definitely deserves to be recognized. she was very friendly yet professional. Made me feel like I was a friend yet would help in any way she could. She was sincere which is hard to come by especially at hotels your size. I also saw her checking in other guests and had the same awesome attitude with everyone. Sadly, I forget her name. She was blonde and was working on my arrival date 8/3 in the evening. I ordered room service a few mornings. The service was on time and food was acceptable but WAY too expensive. I usually order every morning on a business trip but I couldn't expense that each day. Just a bagel, coffee was crazy expensive. Same with your restaurant. A bit too pricey for all meals. Overall it was a good stay. Your staff does a great job.

Came for GBTA 2019 at the McCormick Center. The hotel is an excellent location and the views from my 30th floor were amazing! The room was very clean and the bathroom spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would stay again next time in Chicago.
