I booked a Swiss Advantage Room, on the first night we were given a huge room, although we were very happy with the room and the size, the reason why I booked the Swiss advantage room was because of the bathroom with a window. So the next day, I asked for a room change and the front desk was very helpful and eager to my request. Having experienced both rooms made this trip memorable. This is my 6th trip to Foshan this year.

I have always stayed at Swissotel every trip of mine to Foshan. The service by the hotel staff has remained excellent everytime. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices. According to the booking policy, your reservation needs to guarantee $200 for the first night, the guarantee have been pay during you make the reservation. During check-out, we received your request that paying cash for the room charge and release the deposit, we've sending the request at once and provided the receipt to you. Due to the dealing process of different bank for the foreign credit card, the longest dealing period are more than 14 days, which depend on the bank. After we received your feedback, we've send the deposit release request to the bank again, and please be aware of this. If you have any further assist, please feel free to contact hotel directly. Another side, we would like to thank you for your experience sharing, we learn from this feedback and improve our service in this status, we will inform our guest the longest dealing period for foreign credit card releasing deposit is more that 14 days, which depends on the bank. Once again, please accept my sincere apologies and we hope to have the opportunity of warmly welcome you again to The Swissotel Foshan in the near future. « Great one becomes bit old now »

This Hotel has been the best one near City Center and always a pleasure to stay. However, it became a bit older now and somethings might need to upgrade such as Lift and Breakfast menu. Otherwise this is still the best one with location, comfort, amenities and extended facilities. Oh the Wifi also need some up-gradation too.
