had a wonderful stay with swissotel. the staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. only down side of this stay is they are hosting a beer fest event. Kinda noisy as the room noise insulation is not good. otherwise, it is perfectly good hotel to stay for business or leisure.

« Generally satisfied, but the interior is too old. »

Not matching with a 5 star hotel. Interior hardware is too old. Noisy from piping system. Water is always leak from both room. TV signal is bad though the TV tower is just in front. Now everywhere is digitalised, but here is still analogue. In short, the hotel needs Reno ASAP.

This hotel has good service such as Helen Lu and Jerry. They are professional to deal with clients. I enjoy to stay this hotel. Except the bath room design. It has potential damage of body as it’s slipping easily when it’s wet. The shower door seems to be dangerous too!

« Overall experience is good...but some bad feelings »

Many good things with this hotel... Very comfortable rooms and surrounding environment; Nice and professional staff; Very well equipped gymnasium.....etc. However, two bad experience I have to share... 1. It's quite often I encountered some group visitors in this hotel but this time it was just terrible! I met full of people in the lobby waiting for elevators when I came back to hotel after work, badly crowded and extremely noisy... It took me more than 10mins to get into the lift! The I found garbage packs placed in the corridor making bad smell... It all made the hotel looking like a cheap guest house! 2. This time, I was surprised to find some improvements in the executive lounge... better choices of foods, more flexible time for the happy hours... I found it was good and quite enjoyable. But one day in the morning, the lounge manager came to me, describing about the upgrades... BUT...the requirement for the membership was also upgraded! After the upgrades, Only members with platinum member card were allowed to come!!! (while I was only a gold member) What the ....!!! I have never encountered anything like this!!!!!! What a good customer care service!!!!! What an outstanding hotel management it is!!!!!!!!!

« The staff are very friendly and helpful »

The staffs attend to me for hotel check in / out are very nice and friendly. I encountered a problem with my luggage when I was about to check in to the hotel. One of the staff Mr. Justin offered his help without hesitation. He suggests that I left my luggage at the service counter after clearing my item and he would try to see if there is a way to repair it. Despite he cannot fully repaired it but he manage to recover it to a extend that I can continue to use it for rest of my trip without the need to buy a new luggage. I really appreciate his help on this incident.

« Extremely Refreshing and comfortable »

It was my first experience in China. The Hotel hospitality was best, easy to communicate and easy to help. I enjoyed my stay in a short time I spent there , but I could have made many friends there. There were two items that I can say I could have asked to be checked. TV Chanels very limited for 5Star Hotel and Heater sometimes not enough heat I could get. Otherwise very happy.
