Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service you offered me and my mom the days (21 - 24 Oct 2019) of our stay at the Hotel Swissotel Osaka. It was our 3rd time here! We had a wonderful two weeks vacation in Japan. Despite of the many offers we received from other hotels, we decided for your hotel because of the unbeatable deal you offered us in Osaka stop. It was a very good decision; We enjoyed the peace and quiet we needed, very high quality offered in all the facilities of your gorgeous hotel. This definitely added to the excellent service of the staff in every segment of your hotel. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive, kind and professional including receptionists, room service staff, the dinning restaurant at the top floor : Mr. Ban's team was excellent to give my wife a unforgettable birthday dinner experience. I just wanted to let you know how much we valued that effort, how impressive and gracious and how greatly we appreciate everything that you personally and your staff did for us. Hotel location ,Room , cleanness & Breakfast was very good Staff were very help full and very good. The Lady manager at the front desk was very rude when we were checking out on 23/10/2019 I already paid the accommodation Tax 600 jpy she charge me accommodation again 600 Jpy for room number 2920 And for room 3127 she over charged 5400 Jpy for room charge

In the last 15 years that I have been staying at your hotel, I have never been as disappointed as the last several consecutive stays. The standard of cleanliness has dropped significantly. I have NEVER had to complain about housekeeping at a 5-star rated establishment. Your executive lounge and staff, however, has maintained quality.

Stayed for 2 nights. For some reason the Receptionist took forever to check in, it was annoying. Room was small, bathroom had a slight smell of urine, had stains on bath towels. Good city view, super convenient location, right next to Train station, right in middle of city lots of shops and restaurants. Long queue at Check-out, found it unprofessional that only 2 people working at Front Desk at a busy time.

Hotel’s cleanliness can be better. Was more of a 4 star hotel standard. Had a very bad experience when I checked out. We had 2 rooms, some of us left osaka earlier and so I had checked out for 1 room earlier and extended the room for another and checked out at 7pm. When I checked out for both rooms, I wasn’t informed of any amiss. Only when I was left the hotel and realized that I had left something behind and went back to the hotel. I asked if they had found something in the safe I checked out earlier in the day, they said what was it, I said cash, and the front desk said yes we have found something. And I felt that the hotel should have called or inform me that I have left something behind? Whether be it, even if it was cash or not, they should have called me and asked if I had left something behind. They didn’t had to say if it was cash or not. But they should have the courtesy to just call and inform the guest! This overall gave me a very bad experience for my stay and service could have been better. This is something the staff should improve on.

The service was remarkable. One of my cosmetics was broken accidentally and I did not even know until they mentioned it. They prepared a new product for me. It was really nice of them to do, thank you. The rest of the stay was wonderful too.

« Hand-washed cups concerned me a bit »

Overall it was good. But when I realized that the cups in our room are all hand washed by cleaning ladies, especially when they are just washing the cups in our room, I am a bit concerned about the hygiene.

the hotel location is perfect, near to eateries and shopping streets. Below the hotel is nankai train to airport, very convenient. the room size is comfortable but could be brighter as the lights is too dim. the night scene from the room is superb. overall, it is a nice stay.

It was as good as my last stay. Front Office staff was attentive with the Takashimaya discount card readily for our shopping and grateful to the lady's Porter that speak Bahasa Malayu to bring our luggages to the train platform downstairs upon check out. The housekeeping is forever awesome! However, I was alittle dismay that the hotel didn't arrange a special birthday gifts for my two friends that i have mentioned it to your reservation staff previously. Hence, there was no special birthday surprises to my guests unfortunately. In addition, i think the spa will need some upgrade. It doesn't feel welcoming like a spa. It is just a treatment rooms within your fitness centre. I did has an intention to have a massage but after viewing i decided not to.

Birthday celebrations trip for my father. Easy access from train station. Convenient location good for shopping and eating. Hotel gave as surprised birthday amenities and the Tavola 36 restaurant arranged Happy birthday on dessert plate. They even took photo and printed out for us. Wonderful experience

Positive experience started all the way from booking the room. Reservation team was responsive and very helpful. Even provided me information on how to get to the hotel from the airport even before I confirmed booking. Check in and out process was very smooth, quick and efficient. This helped when I have 2 very young and tired kids with me. Room was very welcoming. I really appreciated the small touch of having kids bedroom slippers and kids toiletries. My only 2 small feedback are (1) the airconditioning speed - if set to auto, room is very stuffy. We set it to high and it was better. Maybe it’s not powerful enough?. (2) explore having uht milk instead of powder creamer for coffee (similar to those airlines provide)
