Lovely hotel and amazing location - what a disappointment that the reservations process and communication left me with such a bad impression of the property and ended up costing me $800aud extra.

Amazing experience from the moment we checked in. Great service that was accentuated from the moment we told staff that it was my 40th birthday. « Your staff member named "Off" deserves a raise »

The stay was great, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were good, but what really made the stay memorable was your team member named "Off", who patiently answered all my questions (and there were many) and gave some excellent directions and recommendations for us. He deserves a raise for the excellent customer service provided.

Staff members r responsive to your need and the location is v superb as it’s located right up to Namba station and it takes less than 5 minutes walk from the station platform to the hotel entrance.

« Their service is AMAZING, very happy to stay here. »

Pros : 1. Service is amazing, the front desk officer was very kind and wanted to help us to get a taxi on the roadside (in front of the hotel) in an uncomfortable heat 2. the hotel interior and arrangement is very nice, really like it 3 the hotel is close to the station and Gion District (one of the tourist attractions in kyoto) Con’s 1. but unfortunately the front desk officer had limited English, was not fluent 2. The room rate is very expensive where the location is a bit far from Kyoto Station (you have to transit 2 times at the station) and the room is very small (my room without window)

I felt like i was in your hotel to please your staff. Evening shift in the executive lounge reseption was very nice. Lounge staff felt arrogant,maybe because lack of english. The Mexican and Philipin girls was very nice and serviceminded. Breakfast was like a Mercure breakfast

Unfortunately my stay was short, only one night, but it was most enjoyable. Everything from check-in to check-out was superb and easy which I appreciated because I was exhausted from travels around Japan. The view from my room was amazing (room 2222), the staff was welcoming and the location was perfect for easy accessibility to the entertainment district. I'm already planning my next trip to Osaka and will definitely be staying at Swissotel.

Had a good stay at Swisshotel Nankai Osaka. Love the proximity to the subway & train stations. Also the walking distance to Shinsaibashi Many good eating places too. Everything was great!

Got complimentary room upgrade and a chocolate with a greeting card for celebrating my anniversary which are sweet. I love the location of your hotel surrounded by shopping malls, eating places and department stores. Shinsaibashi is just at doorsteps. Two coffee capsules can be put at minibar per guest daily instead of one.
