The hotel is wonderful I’ve been here multiple times I like the hotel lobby and restaurants and they have a very nice swimming pool and garden walk in the summer and last but not least the guest relation named NIL was very hospitable and friendly many thanks to her and the staff

The staff was doing their utmost to provide customers a pleasant experience. Overall it was a good stay. The room view was very good and the hotel was very clean. I will never forget the breakfast quality and the service, it was top notch. There were some design flaws in the room, the bed was located on the wrong side of the room, so when you lay down you cannot see the Bosphorus view. If it was vice versa and you could gaze into the vast landscape when you lay down on your bed, I would name it a magical experience. Unfortunately it was not. And the most dissatisfying issue was the parking. For the first time in my life, as a guest I had to pay a hotel parking fee. The parking garage is part of the hotel. It is an insult to charge the guests for parking facility (thinking the amount of money I paid, I expected free parking). Even much cheaper hotels offer free parking garage to their guests. Also I hate security screening each time I enter the hotel, x-ray and all the hassle. It gave me discomfort rather then the feeling of security.

Swissotel is a great choice in Istanbul.

Fantastic option for a stay in Istanbul. We loved the room - we got an Executive floor room and it was worth it. I definitely recommend it. Hotel location was good, view of the Bosphorus was great. Overall once again a great Swissotel experience.

The experience has been awesome. everything was great. This place treat us like gold. I was impressed by all the staff within this hotel I would take a moment and special thanks to Gülşah and İlayda these girls are amazing they treated me and helped me so good they even took my stress away they make super easy for me as bride. Gülşah was the best organizer and best boss who can help you in all wedding method she is so professional so experienced, she is absolutely so wonderful. I would do it ten times more and ask for the same girls to assist me.

This hotel may be a good place for rich people in Istanbul, but it is not good for travelers because it intends to empty the pockets of travelers in any way. On the first day, instead of 45,000 liras, they charged 65,000 liras from my card without my knowledge. It was the cost of my trip that the hotel took as a deposit and even at the end it said that it would take 14 days to return to my account. The hotel is old, despite the cold weather of Istanbul, it does not have air conditioning, the room service is faulty, the hotel restaurants close at 10:30 regardless of the fact that tourists do not sleep at this time, and even with this amount of money, my room did not have breakfast! With this money, I can stay for 4 nights in the best hotels in the world
