« Excellent except for customer service at Sabrosa restaurant. »

Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent room service. Enjoyed the view and would recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul. If you eat at the Sabrosa restaurant, the food is tasty - compliments to the chef. However, Sabrosa staff appeared to be only welcoming to customers that fit some mold. They seemed nervous, and more interested in collecting our plates than a pleasant service.

Very good experience, the only thing we have to deplore is the hardness of the mattresses that made us spend rather bad nights. The views and the roof top are amazing. The breakfast was also exceptional.

- Service was good - Food was good / good variety and good quality - Rooms are clean * Since OMICRON has booked to have all the activities and residence for about 90 persons, we expected SWISSHOTEL to allocate rooms with a better sea side and HI level /Floors than what we got. ** Also, we expected better room prices for such large team.

« I am giving a low score because of the difficult check-in experience. »

I booked your hotel through American Express website as a part of their "The Hotel Collection" network. That entitles me for a number of benefits, such as $100 discount, etc. However, at the check in I was told that I made the reservation through Expedia. I told the person at the desk that I actually did the reservation through Amex, but he told me that his system does not say so. I said there must be a technical problem and he should work on to resolve it, instead he told me to call American Express - obviously, not a pleasant experience to go through while I arrive to town from a long flight and wait at the check in like that. After I complained, he took care of the matter. Later in my stay he apologized that there was a technical error that happened to others as well. But overall, my check in was painful. Hotel stay was great as usual. I hope you connect with Amex to save trouble for other guests. Thank you.
