On arrival my husband only brought driving license hence check in machine didn't recognise and there were no staff around to assist. There were around 4 or 5 guests facing some issues as well, but some staff just stand around and didn't offer to help at all. At the end we waited for more than 25 minutes before someone assisted us. Second day we went for breakfast the queue for Clove is so long that we didn't bother to wait and went into Kopitiam instead. The limited choices shocked us !! I thought this is only for Kopitiam since so many people queue for Clove. The third day we managed to go into Clove and we thought the breakfast has more varieties there but obviously it is almost the same. What a disappointment :( On the last night when we came back to the room we saw a notice on our bed informing about the power maintenance and we should ctc service desk to get sleeping mask. When I called up the line the lady said sleeping mask no longer available. Obviously we need a good night sleep and if you foresee the maintenance might disrupt guest you should prepare enough mask right? Only after 3 phone calls someone delivered sleeping mask to our room and that is already 10.30pm which is way past my sleeping hour. What a utter disappointment for the whole experience ! Both of us have been to quite a number of 4 or 5 star hotels in Singapore and overseas, this is the most shocking service that we have ever received. Of course we will not come again and would not recommend our friends to come, given the room rates do not justify the services being rendered.

Grand prix weekend, location was perfect. Room service was slow. Bar downstairs good, rugby world cup made for a good atmosphere. Check in and check out was complicated. Twin room and beds were smaller than expected.

Very Cordial, amicable staff and worth for money I spent. I found the amenities provided by hotel are extremely good like spacious room, large bed, sofa, Big TV etc. I had a good sleep to recover from travel. It is located in good area within walking distance of my office. Due to this location, I had wonderful view of the city from my room.

An ideal location & absolutely superb check in and check out. Our room was ideal, great view & wheelchair access was very good. Disappointing was that as an Accor Plus Gold Members travelling as a couple our 'Welcome Drink' was for only one of us. That is poor hospitality and penny pinching. Also, given Accor Plus Members' regular patronage of Accor hotels, it is not acceptable to offer no benefits during promotional 'Happy Hours'. Accor Plus membership should always offer some benefits over non-members.

1. Self check-in is good if only the system are 110% flawless. Wanted to save human resource, but at the end your guest started the journey with unpleasant experience, and the staff still need to attend the matter. Why work two times? Its a hotel though, cant replace human touch with machine. 2. Asking for a room with Bath Tub, called the staff for two times, promised by them they will get back while im having my meal at Clove. Done eating, still no one follow up, and decided to just give up. 3. Swimming pool is not fantastic, round design making it awkward.

From check in to check out, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was superb with wonderful views over the grand prix trace track and to the harbour beyond. The pool area was a great place to relax either in the pool or on the sunbeds and breakfast was well set out with ample choice of food and beverage.

Thank you! 호텔리어 한다는 말이 어느 여행사에서 예약했냐며 나보고 그 여행사에 따지라 했음. 내가 방을 확인하고 이건 하버뷰가 아니라, 파셜 하버뷰 아니냐. 난 이걸 원하는게 아니다. 라고 했음에도 자긴 몰라, 어쩔수없어. 룸을 바꿀 수 없어 라는 말을 되풀이 할뿐... 오히려 낮은층도 좋으니 하버뷰로 쫌 바꿔달라고 했더니, 안된다며... 여행의 첫 시작부터 정말 별로였음. 또한 어찌나 영어로 싸가지 없게 말을 하는지. 똑같은 나도 우습지만, 정말 최악의 호텔을 경험함. 2. 조식당 2층 조식당에 갔는데.. 아이와 함께 3명임에도 불구하고 2인 테이블을 안내하길래, 우린 3명이라고 했더니 4인테이블엔 앉을수 없다고 함. 그럼 우리 아이는 서서먹어야 하나? 했더니.. 결국 일자로 앉는 테이블로 안내함. 정말 어이가 없음. 나중에 보니 3인을 4인테이블에 안내해줌. 정말 거지같은 호텔리어들 교육좀 제대로 시키세요. 내돈내고 서비스 받는데 정말 불쾌해서 먹다 그냥 나옴 다시는 이 호텔에 가고 싶지 않네요. 한국커뮤니티에 너무 칭찬글이 많이 올라와있던데, 광고가 아닐까 의심될 정도네요. 직원교육들좀 제대로 시키세요. 요즘 호텔들이 얼마나 많은데..이렇게 서비스 하는곳은 처음봅니다.

I have stayed in your hotel for 3 months this year and I like it a lot. Besides the nice rooms and general style of the hotel, what really stands out is the gym, which is greatly equiped for a hotel gym. Even free barbell excercises are possible, which is amazing for long term visitors like me. The staff is always very friendly anbd remembers ones name even after not being there for one month, which is definitely a quality trait.
