« Amazing accomodation and very polite and courteous staff »

I had just spent 6 days in hospital after having been evacuated off a cruise ship by helicopter due to a medical emergency. Prior to returning home I thought I would take a few days rest in Paris. Our confirmation was for an executive room with an upgrade to a junior suite. But when we arrived we were given the Ray Charles suite. When I suggested that there must be a mistake, I was informed that there was no mistake. The hotel wanted me to be comfortable. I can only assume my travel agent advised the hotel of my condition generating this incredible upgrade. Eglantine Plumerand, the front of house manager, was extremely courteous and helpful. She greeted us every day and made us feel privileged and welcome She is an incredible asset to your team.

The moment you arrive at the hotel you feel special. The staff is second to none and never misses a detail. Our gallery suite was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was heavenly.

Good after you rectified several mistakes you made- eg wrong room, not ready on time, you neglected to put a specific pastry in our room AND a note I had written to my wife . Also, there was an unflushed merde dans la toilette! You need to be MUCH MORE attentive to a guests requests . This was not our prior experience but it was in this stay . Thanks, Scott

Overall service was good. HOWEVER, the service at the bar was unsatisfactory. Very slow, and we actually heard a staff member complaining about staying late. We have been to the royal Monceau many times and the bar has never been “great” but it was worse this trip than ever. It made me miss the Plaza Athenee. Staff is too young and inexperienced.

[1] the mechanical door noise was so disturbing 24 hours without any response from hotel. [2] the room service and housekeeping services at night hours takes more than 2-3 hours with follow up.

It was our 20th anniversary , they were waiting for us and the management welcomed us with a cake made with a special taste (Isphane), sparkling wine, flowers and sweets. We had a very nice room. the location could not be any better with a walking distance to Champs-Élysées, arc de triumphe, Eiffel tower and other historical places. Together with the Paris , Le Royal Monceau -Raffles Paris is an experience every body must have!
