Very nice experience, too much organized work from reception till leaving the hotel. I have enjoyed my stay in this distinguished place with magic view to Nile river. But I suggest to demonstrate clearly the direction of Quebla for Muslims in the rooms.

« Great customer services but noisy during the night and other guests were quite disturbing »

I had a great experience on the customer service. Specially on reception personel (Pansee and Maha were of really help). On the down side, from my room on the 17th floor there was noise from the rooftop party. Also other guests in the lobby were yelling and quite disturbing.

The quality of the room facilities and the bed are state of the art But the atmosphere there is totally annoying Smokers everywhere, the nightclub open directly to the looby with unpleasant seens.

« Worst hotel i have stayed in Cairo »

It was the worst 5 stars hotel I stayed in. First of all they delayed our room even that we came at 10 pm they said our room is not ready. I asked to be our room next to each other they did not do that. The Reception not answering our calls and some of them were rood. Very noisy at night and we can hear the voice from next rooms.
