It was a hassle to check in. Housekeeping was done late. They never came on time to do turn down. Customer service needs attention.

The hand basin was blocked We requested housekeeping at 9:00 when we left for breakfast the room was only cleaned at 14:00 and Makeup artist was waiting to do my face I had to pay her extra for keeping her.

My stay was absolutely awesome. The room and hotel was to my satisfaction. The downside is that the water is fairly warm to bath with, I personally like a very hot shower. The hot food was very warm at the breakfast buffet and sometimes cold. Overall i enjoyed the breakfast. The buffet supper was not very appealing. The food was bland with not much taste. The menu at the Beach club is very limited. I would have also preferred more entertainment. Like a live band for the evenings.

The welcome was beautiful, Lucky did a good Job. Did not like the allocated room, it seemed dump and dull, like it has not been used for a while. Not fresh. The breakfast food, welcome and service was perfect. I liked everything but the room.

the service was amazing. the room was amazing. I did however not like the fact that we waited so long for the water to get hot as we waisted plenty of water, this is an issue that needs to be addressed. please also in the future try and do a bit more for the kids.

Resort is lovely - facilities are lovely. Staff are excellent and service is truly 5 star. However more can be done to encourage winter visits ... for example - the swimming pools are icy cold, including the alleged warm one at valley of the pools. Also, the garden suites have construction happening right in front, spoiling the views.
