Honestly, I need to say, it is a good experience of staying at Nanjing Fairmont Hotel for two nights. From the check in to check out, I felt very comfortable and efficient. The breakfast is good and the room is very comfortable. Here I'd like to thank for the housekeeping lady, she may dope out that I like the hotel shower set, so she provides me an extra set, I really appreciate it. One slightly recommendation, it will be good if the hotel can provide me the shave set before, so I don't have to ask for it every time.

The breakfast is getting to be pathetic. The eggs station cannot cook a single double side or a sunny side up. It’s way too oily and every egg is flat and over cooked. It’s a 1 Star egg in a 5 star hotel

« Hardware are good, except the air con control stay at 27 degree C for both my two nights short stay »

Room are fine, breakfast acceptable, but the room temperature control was stay at 27 degree C for both nights during my stay. Just used the room for during nighttime, no point to seek trouble myself to fix it. Honestly, as a Canadian University student, very disappointed on the Fairmont/Four season brand. Will not check in the hotel in the future. Going back to Marriot chain. Appreciated your staff offer free ride to the airport, but I got sick after I return to Hong Kong, two nights not sleeping well did damage my health.

Excellent hotel for business or pleasure. Incredible design with luxurious rooms. Breakfast is good but I expect more kinds of food and more proactive service. Got a Nice Gold Club lounge accessible of Presidents Club member of Fairmont for free but I haven't got a change to experience. Overall, the reception service is the best.
