Upon arrival at the Accor priority check in desk, we were treated by friendly staff and upgraded to a harbour view room. We booked a king room but upon entering the room we discovered 2 single beds. I went back down to reception and they were extremely apologetic. I was advised that they will zip the two single beds together and we would not notice. Within 15 minutes, housekeeping arrived to fix the bed. Unfortunately I did notice the dip in the middle with the zippered beds but my partner likes the view from the room and advised me not to complain in case we were given another room. The club room was great and we received amazing service there as well. The only negative was the hot food served in the evening. This was not great. However, the breakfast was good. Overall, our room was amazing.

Aircon was barely working in our room- very stuffy. Couldn’t take it anymore and so asked to be moved to another room after 3 nights. Staff was courteous though. Also nice that hotel was able to provide small birthday cake at short notice.

My family booked 2 nights stay as it was my wife’s birthday as well as our wedding anniversary date We booked a room which was stated comes with 2 double beds. Ok day we checked in, we were given room 2041. The front desk officer who issued the room told us that although it was a double bed, it was not really a double bed as it is smaller in size. This lower our expectations and we were prepared to squeeze for the 2 nights. However, when we went in, we saw that the 2 “double” beds really looked like 2 single ones. Nevertheless, we still believe what was given to us was what we had paid for. But the night of sleep was really tortuous as the whole could barely sleep. Imagine the 4 of us squeezing into 2 single beds! The next morning, we were all in a Zonk mood. My daughter and I were up early. My wife and I contemplate paying for an additional bed so that we can sleep better. On the 2nd night, after dinner, as we were going back to our room, I decided to check with the front desk to ask what a double bed means. The friendly front desk offset. James said it was like a queen size bed, but not as big as the usual one. We told him what we got really was not something like a double queen size bed. My wife added that if we knew it was that size, we wouldn’t have booked this hotel. We have stayed in Rasa Sentosa five times and on each stay, we were given 2 queen size bed and a complimentary add on bed for a family package, and it was a fulfilling experience each time. James was quick to notice something was amiss on our face expressions and asked for our room number. Upon checking, he was apologetic and immediately offered a complimentary bed for us. In addition, he gave us 2 hrs extension. We hope that this matter will not happen again, as we could not understand why we were given 2 single beds room when it was spelt out clearly to us that we have booked 2 double bed rooms as we checked in on the first day.

The hotel staff just seem to go that little extra in terms of service an example being that my wife loves papaya for breakfast but when checking out the buffet by the alligator poll there was none but a request to the team only brought a plate there and then but it continued for the rest of our stay

Very satisfying experience. Toilet needs "bidette sprayer". Bathroom modern but showering not practical. Ground floor Prego staff needs training on serving ettiquette etc Guest check-in system needs improvement. We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel and could not fault it. The staff were lovely and so friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and the view was amazing. Breakfast was fabulous, the choice of food was unbelievable!! We could walk to all the major attractions i.e: Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands Shops and Sky Park, Clarke Quay and Boat Quay, The Merlion etc... Raffles is next door and the Raffles Shopping Centre is attached to the Fairmont. Would recommend 100%.
