« Good busness hotel, but absolute chaotic restaurant; understaffed, same menu and often dishes are sold out »

Hotel good as always; Friendly and English speaking staff at the reception The restaurant was (again) understaffed, it took 45 minutes to get a table at 21.30 because there were many customers who were not guests. When I finally got table several things of the menu were sold out. Breakfast worked better.

Nice hotel but the Service could be better. After 23 it is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel, the gate was closed. No receltionist. Staff at the retaudant do not clean tables at all. Receptionist do not know anything about the neiberhoud even how to get to train station.

We recently decreased our price to 19€ for both starter + menu or menu + desert but we can't decrease deeper our prices . Also we change the menu every day . « Excellent hotel but mosquitoes in Paris?!?!!!! »

Excellent welcome, lovely room, nice breakfast, but unfortunately there were mosquitoes in our room and so we have itchy bites to remind us of our stay there instead of simply being able to remember how nice the hotel and staff actually were.

I enjoyed the room's great and comfortable bed as well as a good room size. I also appreciate Mehdi KEFI, Chef de Reception, to reach out to me via email, and informing me that I forgot to take my cheese and macarons out from the fridge. Truly amazing service and hospitality.

It is so nice to stay in your hotel I really feel at home. The breafast area could be a bit better served between 7:30 - 8:00 the bowls and plates were more or less empthy.

Everything is "OK" but not up to a 4 stars experience, the bathrooms are very small (although the showers are great), the room is "Ikea-style" although the bed is comfortable, etc.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I stayed in your hotel from Monday night to Tuesday night, so the night of 28th of Jan. Overall I am satisfied with the hotel, I had a very kind young lady at the receptionist who gave her best to welcome me. Unfortunately I do not know her name, I wish I could thank her for a very special treatment I received at 4 o´clock in the morning on 29th of Jan. If it is possible please kindly pass my gratitude to her. She was at the reception in the evening of 28th of Jan. She prepared me a big surprise a take-away breakfast, although I had to leave the hotel long before the breakfast time. I am planning few visits in the surroundings for the next few months and will definitely stay at your hotel for this special attention I received. I appreciated it very much. One thing I would like to mention though, is the service at your restaurant. I dined there the night of 28th of Jan and found quite unfriendly the young man, serving the tables: it was not good the table I was willing to sit at for him, it was not good the food I chose for him, so altogether the young man´s service was very judging and unfriendly. I felt very uncomfortable with him and having international customers in your hotel, I did not find it very customer friendly, if the eating behavior of a customer is judged and in this very unfriendly manner.
