The room was perfect and the service was awesome. However, check-in process was slow and we was left unattended with a table full of empty cups. Not to mentioned we were not served welcome drink only until we asked. Another set back point was the complimentary fruits in-room was half rotten. However, aside from those issues, the whole experience was good.

Great: - Convenient location for shoping and eating, touring - Friendly receptionist and housekeeping Average - Wrong arrangement with a double room for 2 men (should check or ask us about it) - No welcomed drink for check in (should be warmly welcomed with a litte welcomed drink) - Should not ask money for deposit by check in, because we paid by credit card in full in advance, so you should ask clients for credit card or cash. - No writing word "complementary water" in restroom - Should have your own hotel name insead of Dasani water from water company provided - Should provide water botte in mini bar, because have only soft drinks, wine, beer..... - Show provide shower curtains in restrooom, because of water drop off floor during shower Best, Mr A.

I stayed this hotel many times and always complaint about noise and smell from breakfast dining hall. But for the last 3 stays, I was given room facing the Nguyen Khac Can which is very quiet and comfy. Staff service at reception and concierge have improved greatly. Particularly Miss Linh, the duty manager who took and patience to introduce Sapa Tour which I was enquiring and Mr Vinh from concierge took the extra mile to buy Sapa bus ticket for me and keep assuring me that all arrangement taken care of. I did a two night stay at Sapa MGallery and enjoy trekking at Sapa. Came back on 24 Aug 2019 back to Hanoi Le Opera Gallery to thanks Mr Vinh wholeheartedly Also, this trip the food (I had lunch and dinner) at Le Opera Hotel restaurant is excellent! Also the waiter wearing black spectacle frame has been very professional and personalised in service. See you again soon, maybe in Oct 2019

« A little extra won’t hurt. »

The check in was swift . Staffs were friendly and welcoming. The property complex is nice , a little dusty , I understood becos use of the nearby construction. I stayed for 2 nights , but was only offered 1 x 25% discount card for breakfast. Luckily I got the Accor plus card . Had the high tea at the Cacao , service was great , food presentation was great . Taste wise not as great . On my day of departure, the hotel can’t wait to throw me out at 12 noon . The phone ring to remind the check out at 12 noon . Offered to send up a staff to help with the bag. Thou I am ready to check out at 12 noon , and I also paid for an upgrade to my room type . And I notice the hotel was fairly empty . There is no offer of a slight later check out , although I told the hotel , my transportation arrival is at 3 pm . In my personal opinion, your staffs are great , the property complex is beautiful, but that little extra service and attention with make a huge difference.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 night stay in the hotel and a lovely dinner in Chic restaurant. Overall, everything was excellent and my family really did enjoy the stay and all the food. However, we had a little problem with our bed mattress since it is too soft and firmless so it wasn’t comfortable to sleep in. But every staff was so nice and supportive during our trip, therefore, I still give a 10 for my experience in MGallery

The hotel design and facilities were terrific. The food and beverage was overall poor and the service standards (F&B, housekeeping, FO, pool areas) was spotty but mostly not up to a 5 Star standard.

« I am satified with the hotel service. »

The hotel service is remarkable. We arrived way earlier than the official check-in time, but the recptionist had offered us with the best waiting option, which were taking a rest in the swimming pool zone and calling us as soon as the room was ready. The view from the hotel as well as the inner furniture is marvelous, which enables every single spot to become potential photozones. Moreover, what a showstopper the swimming pool zone is. I was also impressed by the hospitability of the employee here when he lent me swimming googles since I forgot mine at home. About the breakfast buffet, it worths the prize,; however, it will be better if i have wider range of fruit and hot dish choice. Still, I am really fond of the taste of Vietnamese traditional Pho at the hotel. The one thing I would love to receive is the transportation service from Lao Cai train station, which will definitely makes our trip become more comfortable.
