i enjoyed my stay in Adagio Brentford. I like the convenience as it is near to my workplace and there is a Sainsbury just downstairs. One improvement is to do thorough cleaning once a week- as i noticed the floor was not properly vacuumed; there was dirt and hair all over the floor and carpet. Otherwise, it is all good. it will not stop me from returning

« Wonderful place to stay »

The staff, especially Pablo, went out of their way to help make our stay relaxing. We had a very unfortunate event occur resulting in my fiance needing surgery the last day of our scheduled stay. Pablo helped to extend our stay including letting us stay in our current room. This elevated much stress in a very stressful and anxious situation. The rooms are clean, super quiet and generally nice. We will definitely be back.

« it was a very good stay for our family. »

overall. our stay here was good. except for one thing. the washing machine. when i booked this aparthotel, the washing machine was in the room. but it was on the UB which means upper basement. it was inconvenient for us to go down and do the laundry. and in the early morning or late night, it was kinda scary.

Paid for early arrival, told not available. Did get it after making a fuss. Hotel used to have a good coffee/bar area that has gone. Bathroom smelt like it needed a clean, ended up buying toilet cleaner from Sainsbury’s. Tv’s didn’t work properly, no radio anymore. Scruffy furniture. Personal preferences include high room and away from the lift, got neither.

I am sorry that we were not able to provide you the early check-in right away, this was due to not having any apartment type that you booked check out early. As soon as an apartment was ready we were able to check you in. For that reason we could not fulfill your preference of a high floor. All our Apartment for 4 are located next to the lift, hence why we could not follow your preference. I was disappointed to hear the issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom, this is definitely not our standards and the Housekeeping Manager has been informed to take necessary measures right away. « Decent room but breakfast a bit wanting »

The room was of a good standard - only complaint was there was a fan of some sort in the bathroom that I couldn't seem to turn off, but I tuned this out in the end anyway. My only real complaint is that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were categorically the worst I've ever had - completely overcooked. I appreciate you don't necessarily have the facilities for a full cooked breakfast, but it would be better to not serve scrambled eggs at all in that case. The rest of breakfast was fine though.

I am at Adagaio a few times a month a very very comfortable there! the reception staff are second to none! I have noticed cleaning standards have been improving, so this is good. One suggestion: takeaway bags next to the croissants at breakfast, I like to grab and run.

Easy to book, easy to find and to park the car. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. The room was nice and clean and provided everything that we required. We took our small dog and felt that the website should have made it clear as to how to book the dog and an idea of cost. We were so pleased that you had this option.

Friendly staff. A very well appointed apartment with a great view. Very clean, although the bath mat was dirty on the underside. However there was a parking problem in that having paid at the hotel, I was issued with a default notice by pcm parking management, who have refused to acknowledge the payment. This saga is not yet resolved

The front desk was most helpful. All the personnel were fantastic & helpful. However, we did not have a table to eat on. Every day we asked for a table they said they would find one & it wasn't until the 4th day that we had a table. Also, the nespresso coffee machine did not work. They brought in a another one & that one wasn't working & they finally brought in a new one which did work. We had a shade in the room that we pulled down every day. On the 4th day, they replaced it with curtains, which should have been there to begin with. Our room just felt like it wasn't really ready for us. Management did not check the room to see if it was ready for guests. Despite all that was wrong, the staff was fantastic, polite & very helpful.

The welcome to the hotel was not great. The receptionist on duty seems to have preferential treatment to different guests. They were friendly to other guests but just gave us a cold shoulder. This was rather unwelcoming from the beginning. Website said the car park was secure, but it does not really look/seem secure. Payment for parking was taken but there wasn't even any request to take details of car registration. When I checked if they required the car registration number, they were rather reluctant in the explanation and said that as long as we parked on the allocated bays, that will be fine. I am rather intrigued to know how will the hotel identify guests who paid vs. those who did not? Signage to rooms was not great and you will have to walk into the different sides of the corridor to find your room. Plus, there was cigarette smell on the corridor leading to the rooms to which I complained to the lady who brought the missing towel to the room. She did say she will check it, but it is not expected that this will happen in a 4-star hotel. Only one of the 2 dryers in the launderette was working but even so, the dryer was not efficient. Clothes took a long time before they were dried. Overall we were very disappointed with the stay at the hotel.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I was specially concerned with your comments regarding your welcome and the friendliness of our reception team, as they are often commended for their service and it is something that we take pride on. I am sorry if this was not your personal experience. In regards to the car park, it is an underground car park secured by CCTV, and we are currently working on a better system to take all car registrations. Right now we always check on arrival that our guests are using our bays to avoid penalty tickets. I apologise if there was an unpleasant cigarette smell in the corridor, we are a strictly non-smoking property but unfortunately some guests will not follow this rule. Lastly, regarding the dryers, unfortunately one of our machines broke down a few days ago, hence why it was out of service. We are working to find a replacement as soon as possible and we hope to have new machines in place very soon.
