« First time staying here and had a really worst experience. »

It’s my first time staying in this hotel and it was a really bad experience. The guy who check me in it’s not really professional and he also didn’t give me the welcome drink since i’m a member of this hotel. Moreover, the next day when i had a breakfast, the staff was rude and they give me a table that hasn’t been clean properly so i could still smell something bad in the table. Overall, the hotel facilities was nice and the breakfast food was okay, its just the matter of the staff that clearly need more training. I hope that this feedback could help.

Well,i stayed for 2 weeks for bussiness trip,it was great and your room very comfy but, IMHO please concern the hotels parking space,less parking space and breakfast menu,bored bfast menu Hotel location very good but i difficult to reach the hotels because the traffic jam in busy hours.

Comfortable stay in general in terms of room space and cleanliness. Areas to improve: the pillows and shower area. Pillows are too soft, be good if there are firmer ones that guests can request. A simple rack for guests to place personal toiletries in the shower area will be useful. By the way, why isn't there a bolster cover for the bolster?

« I wish for longer operating hours of the gym and pool »

My stay was for work and I always came late from office. Too bad their gym and pool only open from 8 am to 8 pm... I wish they could make the operating hours went longer, I mean night swimming is really a cool idea to do and a little bit of gym at night would hurt anyone, in fact it would help me sleep better in Ibis's cozy and comfy white bed, right?

Ibis is one of our favorite hotel chains; the room is good as expected. The location is perfect for us. But there are some staff & facility that are below my expectation. From explain things not in friendly way. Basic thing like hairdryer is per request and quite surprise that the reception didn’t send it to my room. When I call again the next morning they just said that the hairdryer was not available at a moment and when I said that I requested from yesterday, in 5 minutes it came to our room. But there are 2 things that are annoyed me is hairdryer & security. I didn’t know the standard of hairdryer in every hotel but what I know is when I blow dry my hair is gonna take 5-10 minutes max. (Either my previous stay at any ibis/accor hotels or my home) and this hotel provides only 400w of hairdryer which don’t have any unheated air and takes more than 25minutes to blow my hair and not fully dry. The other thing is the security. We got a few friends that picked us from hotel. One of the security ask my pick-up friend, “Were you waiting for your 2 girlfriends?did you know your girlfriends room number?” and when he knows that only one of us that came down, he ask again why your other friend didn’t come out, where are you guys going, are you tired,?” and everytime we met him he always ask question that none of his business and make us feel insecure. This might be my first time staying at ibis styles hotel medan but this is not my first time staying with ibis hotels chain. overall, our experience was good with the room & ambience of the hotel.

Overall experience was good but the WiFi connectivity in the room was very bad, not acceptable because I had to login again and again. This issue I had no experience in other Ibis Styles hotels worldwide. Please do something. Stay in the room. Get connected then left the phone for few minutes and see what happen to the WiFi connectivity. If you really take serious note on this survey you asked the customer to provide the feedback.
