2 pillow case smelly. I ask housekeeping change the pillow case. But still smelly. And i found that the smell come from the pillow and i found the pillow very dirty because no pillow protector. Please improve with put pillow protector in all room. Then i call houseekeeping to change the pillow. They change and good one. But still without pillow protector. Please improve it.

Hi good day , First of all thanks to all the staff from the cafe side and receptionist and not forgotten the janitors. All of them guide me very well, excellent job Emi & Adi. Regards the breakfast , will be more nice if there is more variety ,for example the fruits and also the vegetables,the chicken porridge is so tasty. Room is also in a very good condition.Will recommend to my friends and family, looking forward to come over there again . with love , Veatha& R.

« Not so great experience »

Hi, I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The hotel renovation is going on because of which the pool was closed. The rooms are very small. There was no bell boy to carry the luggage and we had to carry our own luggage all the way to our room. The service could have been much better

The girls at the spa were amazing!! But the rooms are quite thin and so we could hear everything and other guests were very loud so we could hear and we didn’t get lots of sleep. The shower leaked water all throughout the bathroom. There were taxi drivers who approached at the hotel and tried to remove bags from the car we were getting in.

« It's okay but...... »

I am a frequent guest at Primera Seminyak since it was named Fave Hotel before. Was really nice, very clean room, fresh colour with the combination of white and purple accent. Nice front hotels a.k.a. reataurants where guests can sit and relax at night. But I was really shocked and dissapointed last month when i'm back to this favorite hotel! The room become so dark by the changed of paint color. The interior was so tacky and the dark colour makes the room looks smaller now. How on earth inside the management thinking to change such a beautiful simple room into a darky gloomy place?! And the hotel surroundings are also become darker and darker with the minimized of lightings. No improvemet in the pool area. Stil dark! At least you can put some lightings around the pool chairs to make a good ambiance. No considerations at all? And ohhh what i miss alot is the front restaurant which was nice to sit around at night, now is closed and rented ??? So now no more comfort any longer for guests to sit everywhere. You just blocked so many nice things about the hotel. Is this really Accor standard and the best you can do for the future of Primera Seminyak?

« About your room and service »

I stayed in a nice room. But towels I used had not been changed during my staying. I wanted to use new towels every day. And for too many Chinese people, I could not eat breakfast. Foods were not remained and all tables were occupied. They were so noisy and impolite.

« Good for short stay only »

Firstly, even after informed numerous times that my check in time is late, still upon arrival i still have to wait for my room even the time is at 7pm. Secondly, once I got my room, no one actually showed me the right way to the room. 2 different staffs giving wrong direction. Thirdly, my room floor is so oily (which i don’t know what caused it) once webt in the room. And lastly, the breakfast is like a war zone and i felt so stress trying to fight to get my food as there is no proper section for group guest. And no food in fact. Sorry to put a note, i am frequent in this hotel when Fave Hotel Management was back then. It is much better and i have peace while i am there. Its a bad experience to be exact. Non of the staff bid goodbyes or even smile much. Speaks to me like i’ve own there. DO NOT BOOK MOTORBIKES FROM THE HOTEL. Cause i have to followed them out to a few bike rental stall just to get a deal????? And highly charged me. And should’nt hotel make one-stop-shop for guest? Why i was told to follow i dunno why. I will come back again but this time i wanna see changes. Definitely i dun really recon to my family, perhaps friends. Thats all.
